Car looks brand new, show room brand new. Engine bay looks like I've never driven it. Price was good. Cheaper than what I had been paying at another detail shop. Matt was great to work with. Only had my car for 6 hours. I will be back to see him at the beginning of next summer. read more

If you are looking for professional service please keep looking. I scheduled an appointment for a Friday, but then I arrived the owner explained they don't work on Groupon vehicles except on Mondays. I explained this was a gift to my wife so I rescheduled for 10 am on Monday. We decided to drop car off Monday morning at 9:30 am. Imagine my surprise when the business was not open. Although they're hours are clearly stated as opening at 8am. While calling them one of the workers arrived who told me the owner was on his way. We left the car key with the worker because we were unsure about leaving the key in the car as suggested. I called the business early afternoon and was asked what we wanted done and they would call me when finished approximately at 5:30 PM. My wife was upset they had her car all day and she had to cancel afternoon appointments. I love to support local businesses, but I cant say I'll be back to this one. I actually don't expect a quality job. If you are looking for a professional experience please shop around to other locations and spend you money elsewhere. read more

I had done an interior and exterior detailing at Top Notch for my 2011 Jaguar XF. Matt has done an exceptional work and the car looked like new show car after the detail. I needed my car's interior detailed right away for an event I wanted to take people to later that night, and I was lucky enough to find this place. They were able to fit me in that day and they did a great job with the little time I had. I was most concerned about all the dog hair I had from my husky/collie mix, and they did a GREAT job removing it. Phew! Thank you Top Notch! read more

I had my car detailed at this location (corner of 9th St & N avenue, Kalamazoo) yesterday. What a disappointment! My appointment was at 10:00 AM, I arrived there at 9:45, the employee there told me it would be ready by 2:00 PM to pick up, I went there at 3:00 PM, he told me it would be ready by 4:00 PM, I went back at 5:45, he said it would be ready in 5 minutes because he was doing the windows, so my friend & I sat in her car & waited about 15 minutes, he finally pulled my car out of the garage, I glanced at the outside it looked OK, so I went inside to pay for it. When I went to get into my car I noticed the mats were not in it so I get out go over the employee & asked where are my mats were, he said they were in the trunk, I opened the trunk to get them out to put into the car myself, he proceeded to tell me, they were wet so I could not put them in yet, by the way the were laying upside down so I believed him & started to leave, I noticed my REFILLABLE air freshener was not in the car, I got out again & asked where it was, he went to the back of the garage & picked up the freshener from the table back there, while also picking up my handicap tag off the floor, he handed me a BROKEN air freshener & a muddy handicap tag, that had foot prints on it from being walked on! I get home to inspect my car better, they did not vacuum inside good at all, dirty spots on the carpet that had not been touched....I proceed to open the trunk to retrieve my mats, the reason they were upside down was because they were dirty, not wet at all, they had not been cleaned! The back bumper of my car had not even been washed on the under side! The stuff they sprayed on the dashboard had only been partially wiped off.....I paid 150.00 for a job that was not done! I have spent 4 hours, vacuuming the floors & seats, shampooing the dirty spots on the carpet, scrubbing the vinyl mats, shampooing the carpeted mats, wiping the dashboard & all vinyl parts because they felt greasy, there was black grease on the bottom of one of the vinyl mats! They will NEVER see me again & I would not recommend them to my worst enemy!!! read more
