The walls were dark and we were switching to a lighter color. It was done neatly and perfectly. Another project was our finished basement which had several patching repairs they fixed (thanks to our four kids) and made the walls and ceiling look like new. The interior of my home looks completely transformed. They work very efficently, meticulously and are painting pros. This week they came to paint our exterior. About a week before painting, they power washed it all. We have cedar siding that needed lots of caulking and prep before staining, and a ton of white trim. Again, they didn't disappoint. I had Freddy get the paint, match the color and he used all Benjamin Moore products. We have a really tall roofline that had trim that they painted. No problem for these guys. It looks crisp and better than new. Freddy's pricing is extremely reasonable and if you were to get several quotes I am pretty confident that his would come in well under the others. Updating through text and phone, he either starts the project exactly as scheduled or earlier. This may sound basic, but these guys want to work and for that reason I will always call him for our painting needs.

I thought their estimate for the work at my fourplex was fair because it was a huge job. I had them paint the exterior of the building which has four townhomes and also the decks of the fourplex. Friday even moved furniture off the decks because I wasn't given prior notice that he was coming early to give my tenants the heads up to remove their items. Freddy also repaired loose boards and replaced ones that were rotting. I was very satisfied with this company and their communication. I asked Freddy for a second quote on two more properties that I needed just trimwork repainted. However, I didn't feel their pricing was fair, compared to the other quotes I was receiving. I did end up contracting with my former painter on this job because his estimate was significantly less. Freddy was paid $2700 for the decks at my fourplex, but he wanted $4000 for trimwork on the current job. That wasn't working for me. I would try Freddy Painting again in the future to see if his quote would be fair like the first job. He did good work.

The only thing missed was the powder room door which my husband and I forgot about as it had been removed prior and was stored temporarily in the garage. We also were happy that they used Sherwin Williams paint to cover the horrific dark gold in the communal areas and dark blue in the bedrooms. So much brighter now.

We hired him to paint all of our house's interior trim white in 2017 - it was an enormous endeavor. He even came back after he was finished to touch up numerous spots. We hired him to paint the rest of the interior of our house in 2019. In 2020, we used him again to paint our house's exterior and to repair/replace some siding. This guy is reliable, and his prices are fair. Most importantly, though, when you hire Brian and his company, you know that the job is going to get done and that you're going to get great work. I hired Jesse to repair floating wetbar shelves that had started tilting forward. Turned out they'd…read morenever been anchored to studs, which was a real concern since they're solid wood shelves meant to hold real weight. Jesse walked me through the scope of work upfront and we moved forward. The job wasn't simple -- the wall behind the shelves had herringbone tile. Jesse opened it up, installed proper backing so the shelves could be bolted in securely, then redid the herringbone tile and matched the existing grout so well you can't tell any repair was ever done. That's exactly the outcome you hope for with tile work. While he was in there, he also fixed a leaking tub spout that required opening another section of wall for plumbing work, then patched and painted it back to seamless. Jesse's attention to detail was outstanding throughout. I'll be calling him for any future work at the house.

Requested cash because he said he didn't have a local back account…read more Started the job, would show up for an 1hr or 2. cut pieces are not strait & they don't even go behind the corner pieces. Dryer vent on sideways, pencil marks on every cut, the back side is very wavy. Also him & his guys went through our tools & some are missing. When questioned about all of this Ron blew up stating our stuff was junk( after admitting they did go through them) and was going to beat up my finance for simply asking questions about the siding & going through the tools. Would not recommend if he was the last contractor on this earth. He needs to find a new hobby!!
