This place does not go by appointment they just go by whoever gets there first is actually like being in a flea market at a second level. I had an appointment and whenever I asked how much longer front desk said oh you have 4 people ahead of you and that was an hour after my appointment. Their system sucks. The waiting lobby maximum capacity holds 10 people , yet they book over 30 appointments knowing majority are minos who come with their parents, yet they still book appointments and have you wait outside or in you car. I went to the office at Bellair Blvf, the service is terrible as I made a denture over there. They never call me when it's available to test the new denture, I have to call to verify it's ready and make sure an appointment. Even if after two months I don't call they not bother because they don't care. Don't ever go to this office to do your teeth care. read more

Took my brother for x-ray and consultation. As he have been having discomfort in one of his molars. I have to mention I actually had an appointment elsewhere but my brother insisted to go there since he had seen it on a tv commercial . Upon arrival the receptionist seemed to have some sort of attitude. Well after they took his X-rays he was told he needed a root canal. Call me cheap but they were charging over 3500 for only ONE root canal JESUS I have had 3 root canals in the past and even then it did not add up to what they were charging for ONE. Not to mention he still had to pay 150 to see a Dr for ANOTHER consultation. read more

Absolutely Terrible. My mother had an orthodontic consultation so I decided to join her as I currently have braces and was hoping to switch over. We arrived 20 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time and filled her supporting documents in under 5 minutes. Her appointment was scheduled for 1pm and we waited so long that we decided to leave. They called her phone at around 1:50 stating they were looking for her and that she missed the appointment. At that point we had been there for an hour and 10 minutes. Terrible business and staff is very unprofessional as well; definitely not an establishment that strives for excellence. We were out of pocket and planned on paying in full so they just lost business. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Its very hard for them to get their job done. I gave them my insurance I had and never verified my insurance. I called them after about 1 month of waiting to have a response back and they still did not have an answer to my insurance coverage. Also I asked them multiple times to transfer my documents to a new doctor I wanted to go to and never did their job. I sincerely do not recommend this place. Worst dentist and orthodontist I have ever dealt with. I was told I had a cavity which I found odd because I had just been to a different dentist six months ago and did not have one but I understand things can change. I decided to get a second opinion and went to a different dentist and well no cavity. The wait time was ridiculous two hours for x rays and exam the whole staff is rude. As a first generation Hispanic it is absolutely disgusting how they take advantage of people who only speak Spanish stop giving these people business. read more

This is a horrible place to go my appointment was at 11 am I showed up at 10:30 to get paper work done to be "on schedule" it took them 2 hours to even get me into the back just for them to leave me back there for 30 minutes and when two of the orthodontist showed up they checked for cavities and then left me there for another hour while they kept receiving more people but wouldn't even attend me who was literally at there chair and waited for what seem way much longer then what I should of had too. 0/10 I wouldn't even give it a star read more

THIS LOCATION JUST DIAGNOSE UNNECESSARY PROCEDURES TO MAKE MONEY, AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. The staff at this location is very irresponsible. I came here for a root canal they had told me I needed, which was an unnecessary procedure in reality I did not need. During the procedure one of the dentist working on me, I do not recall his name, but he left a piece of a thin needle inside my gums. When I was told about this I expressed my concern and they told me it was fine if I just left it inside my gums. Of course I was not okay with leaving a needle inside my gums, so I told them I needed it out. This happened because they were rushing through my procedure because initially my appointment was @1pm & they took me @3pm. They were backed up with appointments. The staff here continued to try and make me be okay with leaving the needle in my gums, after I continued to go back to their office & get it removed a doctor fly in from California & HE TOLD ME I DID NOT NEED A ROOT CANAL, MY TOOTH WAS HEALTHY and he talked to everyone in the room. After the dr could not remove the needle they tried referring me to a specialist but wanted for me to pay for the procedure I need about $400 just to evaluate the work needed to be done. I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY WANTED FOR ME TO PAY FOR THEIR NEGLIGENCE. I CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY FOR A WHOLE NEW PROCEDURE. The coordinador Deina Rodriguez did not want to refund me my money for the procedure they had done incorrectly without cause. And after I continued going up there, she made me sign a document where I was not able to law sue them. read more

Doctors and nurses are nice. They do their job and everyone is happy! BUT here is the nasty part... they only have one restroom for everyone in the waiting room. The restroom is dirty and after I got my teeth clean I went to change my baby's diaper and I felt like trowing up, the changing table was dirty, the toilet and even the sink. There was a foul odor and I just couldn't... so if they do "clean teeth" and it's a place for cleansing teeth, they should pay attention to the restroom and clean it more often because it is very disgusting for a dental place. Janitors should to clean the restroom at least twice a day because there is so many people using the restroom during business hours and a lot of people in the waiting room. read more

I never leave reviews but as a practicing medical professional my experience was totally unacceptable. I was told I needed 4 root canals. Fine. Anyone who has ever had serious tooth pain knows it can bring anyone to their knees and in tears. Desperate to not be in pain anymore. That was me. I was still patient and cooperative as much as I could bc it hurt so much to bring my head up let alone to talk. The only reason I'm giving a star is bc The ladies in front did their best to help me get back as soon as possible and square away my insurance same day (I left work and went straight there).. it was THAT BAD and the assistant cared enough to finally tell him I'm in pain! I think the Dentist's name is Dr. Ti (he's looks like an Asian Michael Jackson). He did my Root canal on my pre-molar day 1. From the beginning he said "let me know if you're in pain". IMMEDIATELY HE PUT ON THE CLAMP, I said "Ow! Is it supposed to hurt? It's PIERCING MY GUM." He blew it off and said "there will be pressure but u have to be still we are trying to get you out of here as quick as possible". I begged his assistant to help Me and she did by telling him as I lay there in tears. I now have a huge hole in my gum where the clamp was. That was just the beginning. I'm already paying out of pocket $727 for one tooth, I need 4 done! I stayed still as he requested with tears rolling down my eyes. "Are you in pain".. I replied "cold". The assistant left the air from the suction resting on my lip pointing directly to the tooth. It was so cold it hurt bc the tooth next to the one he was working on ($1825 molar) also needed a root canal and was extremely sensitive . He stops, huffs and says (again) "look we are trying to get you out of here as soon as possible but you're making this difficult! If this hurts too much you need to come back tomorrow". It was about 4pm. I called at 3pm and came at 3:35pm. I said "Sir, I am LITERALLY laying here answering your questions! How am I making this difficult?!" I never indicated I was in a rush, or had somewhere to be. I just wanted it done right and out of pain. But obviously HE had somewhere to go! I told him if he doesn't want me to answer then don't ask me any questions bc at this point that is my only offense. Please keep in mind his team needed a tool/utensil they couldn't find for almost 15minutes. He left and did other things next door I guess and would periodically check to see if the utensil had arrived. I laid there in pain, gums STILL clamped and in tears. I told his assist AGAIN the clamp is piercing my gums. She told him When he returned (the Doc) and he huffed and reluctantly jammed more numbing injection in the thicker part of my gum. Saying if this hurts so bad I need to come back. It-was-the-CLAMP!! I have had a root canal before in TN and practically felt nothing. I have a very high pain tolerance but THIS was dismal. I was HURTING! As a seasoned RN, it's is VERY important my clients are comfortable and not in pain. Dr. "Michael Jackson" was not interested in my comfort, only quickly getting done so he can leave. He finished, gave me rx, (antibiotic, Tylenol3, Ibuprofen) and explained what is next, I was still in pain so I couldn't focus but he kept saying you need to look up here (at the X-ray). At this point I physically can Not! I told him "I'm STILL HURTING. I can hear you, go ahead." When I left I was STILL in pain. He said I have to come back the next day to do first step on the second tooth next to the one he just did a root canal on bc it's infected. I came back the next day, paid more money and he did the first step. I have so much more to do like be fit for a crown, finish the second root canal etc. but I'm honestly so disappointed, afraid to go back and shopping around bc no one should have to pay to be tortured by someone who doesn't care about the client especially at your most vulnerable time. Everything seems so rushed by this dentist! I even had to ask for a lead vest for the X-ray while I was in the dental chair. Everyone is so busy. He had the worst attitude and should not be in the service industry if he can't put aside his own agenda and listen to the client's verbalization of pain. - I now have a Hole in my gum, day 2, cheeks still swollen #saveyourself read more

Don't come here if you value your time I had an appointment at two and have been waiting for an hour and 30 minutes. When approaching the staff all they did was tell me to sit back down and that I would be called shortly people that came after me where even getting called before me. I had to reschedule one of the services I came for, for the second time because they can not for the life of them keep on schedule. Very bad service. Do not recommend at all. I was called up to pay and they had assured me that I would be called up shortly that did not happen, after having spent a full hour and 30 minutes if not longer I went back up and just asked to reschedule all together, asked about the payment and they had said the reason for the delay was that the payment wasn't going through I come him and check and they had in fact charged me. read more

Been going here for a year because I didn't know my insurance information since I lost it. So I always made my appts at 9:00am first thing in the morning. They take forever even though this past Saturday I was the first one there they called everyone else but me and I waited in the lobby for 1 and a half. Then they called me to do X-rays and tell me to go back to the lobby for another 30 min. And then call me to have the dentist look at how my teeth are and tell me I have cavities and send me back to the waiting room for another 30 min. Then they call me to talk about pricing and wanted to charge $500 to get them filled WITH insurance. Then they finally call me to get my cleaning done and I don't leave there till almost 1:00pm. Like i'm sure all the other reviews have said, this place does not offer timely service at all. This place sucks and the only reason i've gone more than once is because it's cheap compared to other dentists. Unless ur appointment is when they barely open, you will most likely wait 1-2 hours before getting seen. Then they take u to a room where u have to sit and wait AGAIN. The first time I came I literally was there for 2.5 hours waiting for a CLEANING. I told everyone I had work later, because i was sure 3 hours would be long enough, but no it wasn't. They took so long and didn't seem in a rush at all. this second time i went to get a cleaning, but the woman who did it was awful. the first time i came my dentist was very thorough and careful. He did a great job and i had no complaints. But this second time, this lady did my cleaning and was so rough. She scratched my gums on almost every tooth and it started hurting too much. I stopped her and told her to be more careful, and she started going off about how my teeth were so dirty she had to be rough. Mind u i've had a deep cleaning done, it wasn't that bad. I've had multiple cleanings and they never once felt so rough. She wouldn't shut up about how my teeth were so dirty blah blah blah. all because i told her to be more careful. I didn't even know what to tell her because all i asked was for her to stop hurting me. She was angry with me and I could feel it. Anyways, the $120 cleaning took a little over 20 minutes and I can definitely tell she did a half assed job after I complained because that side doesn't feel as clean as the other. Today my daughter got her braces off and first of all I walked in front desk ladies are very rude and judgmental. And then they proceeded to take hours for simple braces being taken off and a cleaning after telling my daughter she might have a gum disease yet the cut on her gums was from the carelessness from the dentist. It was just a very unprofessional and uncomfortable environment. Not welcoming at all, please take your kids to another dentist. This place is not organized and their staff looks very unhappy as well. Also forgot to add that when we went to the front for the payment part of the visit, ladies just said the price no other words were said and didn't provide a receipt and was smirking and seeming to make fun of me when I asked for it. I understand that sometimes a job is stressful but I was just simply asking for a question so I can understand what we were being charged for. First of all there's not enough parking at this location. Had an appointment and I waited over an hour to get my name called for xrays. I was told it would be at least 2 hours before an Orthodontist can see me. I listened to patients complain about being there for hours waiting to be seen. My kids and I go here. It was always an issue when getting my 2 year old so I ended up changing him to a different dentist. Now no crazy wait time, love his new dentist. My daughter goes here for her braces. There has been many times that I have waited a ridiculous amount of time (HOURS) for an adjustment. If I have to reschedule I am told there isn't an appointment for another month, for braces. So a few months ago I called back within 5 minutes of rescheduling and all of a sudden there were many appointments for that week. This month, exact same thing. Scheduled out a month, then called back and now they have appointments. I would change her to another ortho but her insurance has been billed. And she is about halfway done so I guess I will just deal with it. The girls in the front are rude, they look at you dumb and try to have attitudes. The ortho Dr. is awesome, also a reason I am ok staying. I decided to give this office another chance, I see that next door there is a new office (cash and insurance patients) so I thought, maybe it will be different there. WRONG! the Dr. was great, the techs were great. The issue I am having is, I went for a consult on 4/12 and was told to BRING my insurance card. Then I get there, do the consult, and was told the girls in the front were suppose to get it and verify it. Someone would call me by Wed. Then Thursday comes around, I call and I am told insurance is only verified once a week and I need to wait till Tuesday. I actually still want to schedule after all my bad experiences. Here we are 4/20 and I had to call THEM back and see what's going on. I was told my insurance was partially verified (whatever that means) and the information would be given to the coordinator. I should call and if that was ok? My response- well I have no choice right. She apologized and told me if I don't get a response by tomorrow for ME TO CALL THEM. This is crazy. As big as a clinic, I would think more than 1 person would be verifying insurance. All I want is a cleaning and 2 fillings. 8 days later, I'm still waiting to get a call back. read more

My first time coming here and honestly the service was okay for me but not for my sister. I came in for a cleaning but my sister came in for an orthodontist consult and a cleaning too, I have to say that for me the service was okay since I apparently had 4 cavities when in fact those teeth are just discolored, for my sister on the other hand was humiliated by the doctor and nurse, she has pain on her jaw and the orthodontist disregarded said pain and instead recommended the braces for "aesthetic" as he said and the nurse that translated for my dad giggled when the orthodontist said her teeth were crooked before translating to my dad, some people are really self conscious of their teeth and my sister is one of those kids/people. read more

This place sucks as far as caring for their patients go. I came to get x rays because I needed my wisdoms teeth out NOW they said they could but of course I needed a price before hand. I waited and waited. They did everything right as far as the covid 19 percussion went but when they said they'd call me back with my price ( I live down the road) never got a call. So I called them, said they'd call me back.. still never got a call. I've called other dentist and they gave me my price almost instantly so I'm not sure why this place is having such a hard time verifying it. If they had an issue with the Insurnce they should say so instead of leaving me in the dark and not returning my calls knowing I'm in pain!
