First thing I noticed upon arrival was how kid-friendly the space was. My little guy is 14 months old and he started squirming around the second we got into the lobby. They had a huge area with foam mats and blocks for kids to climb on and I was able to sit on the floor with him while he played so I could fill out the welcome paperwork. Next came the visit with Dr. Strassner (not sure if I spelt her name correctly) and she was absolutely wonderful! For one, because of my son's age, they don't expect him to be held down on a table so his teeth can be examined, which is what I was expecting, but they had a super kid friendly room with activities all over the wall and the doctor and I sat knee to knee so she could examine him while he was secured in both our laps. She was super thorough and cleaned his teeth in 30 seconds while we all sang him The Wheels on the Bus. She had an attentive, comforting bedside manner and made several excellent recommendations with alternative options depending on my comfort level. My son has a lip tie and she wasn't pushy about removing it because he is unaffected by it. After his (quick and thorough) visit, my son got to pick a toy from a bin and we were on our way. Thanks so much for making time to do our Son's (13 year old ) 5 baby tooth extractions! It's crazy that they wouldn't come out on their own. He felt no pain at all and was very comfortable. My son has been to Dentini three times and the first time was when he was just about a year in a half old. I was very nervous the first time and each time after, but the staff is so friendly and warm they put you completely at ease! The office is perfect to distract young kids from the scary dentist too, they have tv and iPads, and big blocks for them to play with. They also put a tv show on in the cleaning room to make the kids still fee calm. After a thorough cleaning they give you advice on cleaning, a goodie bag and toy to take home! Would definitely not recommend. Took my daughter there recently for an annual cleaning which they billed my insurance for. They never did a cleaning but yet billed my insurance anyway. I told them they never did a cleaning but just a routine exam. The front desk girl, "checked their records" and said my daughter received a cleaning. They also called me almost a year later that my exam from December 2022 was missing an additional $30. I can give my Credit Card information over the phone or pay the next time I am in the office. After a great cleaning experience in October, I brought my six year old son in for a filling yesterday and was so very impressed. I was in the room for the entire experience, and the care, comfort and efficiency Dr. Kong and her assistant provided was wonderful to watch. This was the absolute best experience I've ever had with a dental practice. This team is compassionate, kind, and you can tell they really care about your kids! In their waiting room is a table of tablets, a padded play area, plenty of seating for mom, dad and kiddos. While your children are getting their teeth taken care of the office has televisions mounted from the ceiling so that the kids can be at ease and watch a movie during the visit.
