DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!…read more This office is a scam. I took my 4 year old in for a cleaning. After x ray doctor comes out barely acknowledging me, stating my son needs 8! Yes 8 crowns on all his back teeth, top and bottom. He vaguely points at a black spot on the x ray that didn't look like anything. Dr says he needs crowns on all his teeth and he needs to be put to sleep. I know a lot of dentist overcharge adults but I didn't expect the insurance scam to be ran on children also. I took my son for a second opinion where they found one small cavity that doesn't require sedation. I don't know if Jamboree got the X-rays mixed up or if the Dr just wants more insurance money so they can get more flat screen TVs for the office.... This place is a scam. The Dr was arrogant, rude and as a mother I knew something was wrong based off my child's diet and the care I try to take with his teeth. My child was in no pain, teeth were not black or damaged. I asked the Dr for 8 crowns wouldn't he be in any pain? He replied "I wouldn't expect him to be" probably because there is no need ! I called back to Jamboree to get a better understanding of next steps and was told someone would call me back. No one called me back! Do not take your child here!

(Mind you they told me this without doing any x-rays) I went to a different dentist to get a 2nd opinion because this didnt seem right to me. His new Dr did x-rays and told me he just needed 2 fillings. No crowns NEEDED AT ALL! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY FROM YOUR INSURANCE. THEY ARE NOT HONEST AT ALL. SO PLEASE SAVE YOUR SELF THE TRIP AND FIND A DIFFERENT DENTAL OFFICE.

I regret to say that my experience with this dentist's office was deeply disappointing. During my…read moresecond appointment, I encountered various issues that left me feeling disrespected and unsafe. Firstly, the office manager displayed rudeness when questioned about redundant paperwork, and my request to avoid fluoride was repeatedly overlooked. Moreover, my daughter's safety was compromised during her cleaning, as she nearly choked on water due to insufficient assistance. When I raised concerns to the dentist, I was met with dismissiveness and disrespect. The dentist refused to acknowledge my presence and even threatened to discontinue services when I attempted to voice my concerns. This behavior, coupled with the dentist's alarming comment regarding the racial composition of their patients, left me deeply troubled. I will not be returning to this establishment and encourage others, especially those from marginalized communities, to seek support from professionals who prioritize respect and safety for all patients. I will be reporting Dr. Pushpa Patel to the State Board of Dental Examiners. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Dr. White met with us on multiple occasions to explain treatment plans when we had questions without hesitation, Melissa was very hands on, compassionate, and reassuring throughout the surgical scheduling process, and Dania was very helpful getting our orthodontic process set up. My son has already had three visits to the dentist by the time he turned 16 months old, including…read moretwo teeth cleanings! Yes, this little guy already has a mouth full of chompers. I first started looking into dental care because of a concern with his lip tie. A friend recommended this office after having a good experience bringing his own kids here. When my son was a newborn, I got two different opinions on his lip tie which were from his pediatrician and an ENT. But once his teeth started coming in, I felt it was time to get a third opinion from a pediatric dentist. I really appreciate how spacious and clean the waiting area is. There are plenty of toys and play areas to keep little ones entertained. My son especially loves the playhouse and the train/car table. Once we check in, I usually let him play for a bit before he gets called back. The teeth cleaning process itself is quick and simple. A gentle brush is all it takes at this age. Afterward, he gets to pick a prize (a nice touch to help calm him down), and then the doctor comes in to check his gums and teeth before we're on our way. As a concerned mom, I do sometimes worry about my son being disruptive to other patients. I really wish there was a private room or closed-off area for toddlers, just to help minimize distractions and make the experience a little easier for everyone. More recently, my son had a fall on a stone pavement and chipped his tooth. I called the office right away, and thankfully they were able to fit him in. The doctor performed X-rays and despite all the tears, she gave us clear guidance, a care sheet, and a list of soft foods to help with his recovery. Luckily, there was no serious damage. Taking your baby to the dentist is never easy, and I'm sure it'll get better with time. But overall, I'm really happy with the care and attention my son has received from the staff here.

Amazing and Friendly Staff! The Care was quality and throughout, we will definitely bring our kids…read moreback for another seamless experience
