Since I was…read moreusing a Groupon he wanted to make sure I knew all of the up charges he was going to charge to do my house including a charge for using his own ladder and the charge for every time ($5) he has to move it with a minimum charge of $15... then there was the bit about if he doesn't do the top windows he won't do the bottom because they only do a whole wall or none of the wall. Before all the extra charges for the ladder were added it was going to be $360 to do my 2400 square foot 2 story house. I said okay, how about you clean what you'll clean and let me know what I owe you when your done. This man was not wearing a mask, he was crunching on peanuts, he was condescending and before you knew it, he was gone before he started. He said, "you know, I'm not going to make you happy so I'm out. Get a refund on your Groupon." This was after waiting a month for him to arrive in the first place. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the manager tried his best to get him to go back and do his job, but the man refused even his boss. The manager apologized and said sorry but we can't get anyone back out to do your job for another month. No thank you! After reading other reviewers with this same experience I'm going to say stay away!
