Being very pleased with the work he had been doing on our home, I took his suggestion and phoned Nathan. Nathan was very courteous and professional. I thought I had taken into consideration all the necessary details, however, knowing his business, he brought to my attention several points to consider. For one, the drainage of the downspouts and where to direct the flow. Over the years, we had noticed the ground being quite wet around the house not really thinking too far past just that; wet ground not addressing the reason or the affects it was having. None of the other companies that gave me bids inquired of such, Only color, style, and type. We now have proper drainage around the home and the foundation that had been somewhat comprised by the continuously saturated ground is now stabilized and safe. It's these types of issues the typical homeowner is not aware of or lacks knowledge of and relies on the knowledge and experience of that if a professional. Had we of decided on another company to do the job, we would still be adding to the already caused damage to our foundation, eventually having to do major work to save the home. I called to schedule an urgent follow up visit because I am concerned about the gutters failing. I called first thing on Friday 9/12. No one returned my call. I called again on Monday 9/15. I was told that they had received my voicemail of 9/12 and someone would get back to me. I explained the urgency of my concern. By Friday 9/19 no one had called me back. I called again and was told there was no record of my initial call even though I had been told that Monday my voicemail had been received and all the calls are documented on my call log. I was told again that someone would get back to me that day to schedule a service call. No one called on 9/19. I finally received a call to schedule a service appointment on Monday 9/22, ten days after I requested an urgent appointment. This company clearly does not share my sense of urgency nor is it rushing to honor its warranty, as indicated by the slow walk in getting back to me. I have no confidence in their work or their guarantees. I have arranged for a different company to inspect my gutters even though this should be covered by the warranty. I'd rather incur the additional costs of starting over with a different company than trust them with the work.

However, that cannot be said here. My husband and I were driving west on the Nampa-Caldwell Blvd @ 2:30ish today when we first encountered an incredibly belligerent and aggressive driver behind the wheel of a Jeffcoat Gutters & More truck (ATV in the bed). In addition to tailgating us, he nearly rear ended our car as he sped past us to get into the turn lane and come to a complete stop at the red light. As the driver passed us, he was leaning over into the passenger's side of the cab yelling at us...who knows what was said but it was probably laced with profanity. My husband had done NOTHING to warrant this behavior and had we not been so shocked by it, we would've called 911 and followed the driver to his destination. I have called him several times and spoke with Leah i believe, his receptionist. I have asked him to return my call because the plants he guaranteed are dying. I keep calling and she keeps passing the message and he doesn't call me back. On top of that, my $9000 package didn't include weed barrier when they laid down the sod and planted my new (dead) plants. I am beyond upset.
