He made sure he went over it a couple of times and paid attention to detail in certain areas making sure it had continuity. Il looked amazing. The rust was all gone, it exceeded my expectations. He then went the extra mile to do an overall clean of the entire driveway to blend all the different colors that develop over time. They made an appointment to get right out for the estimate and I had a written estimate within a day! It was very detailed and accurate as to what I should expect. I did receive 3 estimates and this was in the middle. I think based on the outcome it was a great value! One issue they do need to address is communication. From the office to the workers. No one wants to confirm when or if they are coming and it will be up to the customer to call and confirm times. If they had communicated better they would have gotten 5 stars. That said they always did show when scheduled just late at times. (I'm a bit anal, lol) The paint job exceeded my expectation! The crew could not have been nicer and a pleasure to have around. They were respectful of my home and property and cleaned up very well after themselves. Following completion they sent out an "Inspector" to go over the work they had done! We have had our upholstery and area rugs cleaned twice previously - both with terrible results. The first company who came left the rugs so wet that they mildewed, damaged our hardwoods and had to be thrown out. The second company left and you wouldn't have even known they had been there! The technician was late, not at all knowledgeable (company later said he was brand new AND that he had been fired) and extremely ineffective. If I am indeed reviewing the correct company, Beau and his son did an amazing job cleaning our windows inside and out. There are even several funky rooflines and super high 'decorative' windows that are almost impossible to reach and they got those nice and shiny. I even called Beau to come back and help me with something unrelated on my roof because I am scared to go up there and he popped right over and was happy to help.
