I want to see macro nutrients, I don't know what's in the VIP meals in terms of carbs/ protein/ fat and they never told me the menu or let me pick. Just sent me a bunch of stuff and the I don't even like some of the things. The lack of control over portions or even what I'm trying to eat, especially with VIP, is a total turn off. TL;DR: they don't communicate very well, they don't offer customizations for food like extra protein, certain foods like chicken avocado toast taste awful when reheated, and they offer no instructions in terms of when it expires, and they don't even do you the curtesy of telling what's on the VIP menu, they just send you stuff. I hate not being able to eat the way I need to for my dietary needs, this leave me hungrier and needing to find more food which sort of defeats the purpose of this meal prep company.

That's just not true but I understand the frustration that led to a misunderstanding. I know the owner/chef was busy and working to try improve their marketing, ordering app, and communications. It's a small business so you just have to contact her directly if there is an issue and she will take care of it.
