After one meal delivery that was quite underwhelming, I attempt to cancel the "subscription" (the online interface is not very user friendly) and they deliver the meals anyways, I get them to take it back and they do so, but the charge remains on my card. In 2 weeks, they try to deliver AGAIN. I ask them to please take back the delivery as I have several times online and via email and text asked them to cancel this subscription. This second charge is removed, but the first one is still on my card 2 months later. I've sent many many emails following up on my concern and requesting a refund to no avail. The $200 charge remains on my card for meals that they took back immediately upon delivery. I would not recommend these meals or this service to a friend.

It's a small business so you just have to contact her directly if there is an issue and she will take care of it.
