Two ladies came in together while I was waiting and one of them wasn't able to be seen because she needed a California id/dl and didn't because she had just moved here. After filling out my form, I was seen in less than 10minutes. I was approved fast, like, I was legit only in this place for nomore than 15 minutes it seemed. There is a dispensary in a building nearby that you can just walk to afterwards.

While getting my script im utterly shocked the female receptionist just printed out a script, the seal was not even of an actual doctor( every seal i have gotten was a personalized seal of the doctor) there was no actual doctors signature it was printed out, and I NEVER saw an actual doctor. In other reviews I read, "patients spoke with a man sitting on the couch who seemed he did not want to be disturbed from his leisure".... I felt really ripped off, my doctor who I have had of 4 years prior was closed,this occured on a saturday and sunday...and I REALLY needed my medicine. I called and asked if I could have any sort of money back. But it has been a month and I have not received any update and don't expect one. I can't help but feel like I've been swindled. Bottom line is, if you ask for a mailbox delivery, request a photo/video of your mailbox and the products left inside AND do not send payment until the purchase is secured.
