This is my GO TO dispensary. I discovered this was also my father's go to dispensary! Staff is very nice, professional, courteous and helpful! I know I can basically choose any strain here and it'll be good bc they definitely vet out their weed better than other places. This place is definitely QUALITY! There is an ATM machine inside but they also take card. There is always plenty of parking! Look out for their hoppy hours! (4:20-7:10?? I think) they also have wake and bake hours. I believe there is also a deal on Sundays but not sure what it is on the top of my head. read more

I'm a long time fan of Evergreen. This place has tons of parking, easy in and out. (Curbside for those in need). Inside the staff have all been super, always helpful they seem to enjoy being there (has to be a super job) and knowledgeable too. Not pushy, but willing to share what they know. Excellent product line up, over the top flowers and some of the best concentrate deals out there. I appreciate the 0800 open time as I can get my shopping out of the way early. Best shop in OC, my mothers dog has cancer and my mother has been helping him with DOG CBD drops so he can at least be calmer and in less pain while going threw his last years. My mom swears by the CBD for the dog and I tried going and getting a different brand from another shop and her dog was dead asleep for 2 days straight almost. So now she makes me come back to this shop only the guys here are so awesome read more

Went here my first time for flower... the guy said I couldn't use my first time deal for flower ? Didn't even seem like he wanted to help me or anything. Veronica is the WORST! I had the absolute WORST experience EVER. Veronica should NOT be a bud tender. Extremely rude and disrespectful. I walk in after work and I am asking a lot of questions because im curious about products. (it's their job to answer) I tell her i know they deal for the next day (wed). I ask what are the other deals, she literally responds with, "if you know the deals then why are you asking me". It was my SECOND visit there! I have never felt so uncomfortable. Besides all the other remarks and attitude she had before. Slamming the jars in the glass table. Clearly frustrated from other things. I was in the area and thought I'd try this place. This was my first time visiting Tropicanna…read moredispensary, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. The only two people who were genuinely friendly and welcoming were the young woman who handled the registration process and the security guard. Beyond that, there was very little greeting, introduction, or effort to help me as a first-time customer who was clearly unfamiliar with the products. I explained exactly what I was looking for, yet I was only shown three options despite the amount of stock in the store. The products were basically placed on the counter with very little explanation. Trying to get information or ask questions felt like trying to pry open a clam. I should not have to pull information out of employees when I am standing there ready to make a purchase and asking for guidance. I eventually purchased a product, only to get home and discover that it needed to be charged. No one mentioned that possibility or warned me that I could leave the store with a product I could not immediately use. The product did not come with the charger I needed, so now I have to make another trip back to the store. I decided called going back maybe there was a magic button I wasn't seeing. But their first initial effort was to tell me I have seven days to return with the product so they can TEST IT and determine whether it QUALIFIES for a replacement. I was also told there would be no refund. This is extremely frustrating. If a product requires a charge and does not include the necessary charger, I believe the store should make sure the item is adequately charged before selling it or, at the very least, clearly inform the customer before the purchase. What concerned me even more was being told there can be an issue with a percentage of these products UP TO 25% or more. If there is a known possibility that a customer may purchase a faulty or nonfunctioning item, that information should be clearly explained upfront before making a purchase --especially when the store has a no-refund policy. Overall, I left feeling uninformed, poorly assisted, and dissatisfied with both the customer service and the way the product issue is being handled. Based on my first experience, I cannot recommend this store. First-time customers should feel welcomed, educated about the products, and confident in what they are purchasing. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. Save your yourself the hassle, frustration, and having to go back just so they can test the product that you purchased to see if it's deemed to replaceable cause they sold you faulty one. I do not recommend this dispensary at all. The value on all levels is disappointing. There's plenty of other dispensaries in the area that will give you much better service and the staff will be better educated in the product and customer service.

If you're looking for some of the best selections of flower in Santa Ana, this shop has it down. Lots of unique strains as well as some classics make this a go to bud shop for me. Marv & Minnie are amazing bud tenders and I love their energy. Recently they started carrying heavy hitters cartridges here and it was such a relief. I've smoked so many kinds of wax and concentrates before and you can tell when brands aren't pure or clean and are filled with extras. Heavy hitters doesn't have that problem. It hasn't made much of a difference to me before as it does now in the recent year, but some of the lower quality brands give me headaches and burn my throat. I never use to care for the differences as long as it was strong. With heavy hitters vapes every pull is smooth and their flavors aren't overpowering and they don't taste like fake sweet candy. I will always love my bud and joints, but as long as Heavy Hitters does what they do best, I'll be a fan. And now I don't have to go to as many shops since Evergreen carries Heavy Hitters, they can be my one stop shop. read more

This was my first time to visit a dispensary. I was very nervous at first. However after checking in and entering "THE SHOWCASE ROOM" i was put to ease quickly by a friendly "budtender". Staff was friendly, inviting and knowledgeable. I knew exactly what I wanted as it was posted on evergreens menu on leafly. So all went well and I left with my purchase. Then I return for my second visit, seeing my Choice was still available on their menu. Bum city when I got there and was told the menu is not updated because the lady with the password doesn't work there anymore. Needless to say they didn't have what I want it. The budtender made 2 other suggestions which we looked up and read about and one seemed to fit my needs specifically. Good customer service. Business is very visible from the street and no hassle parking. But next time I will call to make sure what I want they have in stock. Lots of Merchandise fills their show room. Very safe place to shop. Security guard may seem intimidating, but he helped me with my phone and now I think I have a crush on him read more

Love this spot! The goods are so good and I never have any complaints! For me it's easier to just screenshot the items that I want off thier website and when I come in I just show them the screenshot and BOOM I GOT MY STUFF!! The guy Marvin, is who helped me out and he was fast, friendly, and very informative! Did u know u can get 10% off if u check in every time u go in?!?! Me either!! But I got the app and checked in w a quickness and it brought down my amount! Which is ALWAYS COOL! but let me tell u...dont be the dummy that walks out to ur car n then starts opening ur packages while ur parked in front! That doesn't make sense! At least drive away! Absolutely the BEST dispensary I've ever been to. The second you walk in, you're struck with an absolutely astonishing display of a variety of products. I dropped by for my 21st birthday to pick up some Super Dope Lemon Poppers, and let me tell you they had plenty ! I checked their inventory through weedmaps and they list their prices with tax included. I wish I got the name of the guy who helped me, because he hooked me up with a goddamn 710 Labs preroll for my birthday and he was very friendly and courteous. Overall, one of the BEST Dispensaries in OC and has the friendliest staff and security. Totally worth the 2 hour drive from Rowland Heights! read more

The meth head budtender with the awful dreads in the morning is the reason this place is a Last Resort.... Their prices are ridiculous compared to the other nearby dispensaries, I recommend everyone to go across the street to Legacy Kush. They're near Home Depot & it's a night & day difference... This place is trashy, & unorganized, their hours of operation aren't correct when you call. They open at 6 instead of 8 like they tell you on the phone... The selection is very minimal here as well. They want to charge $28 for a Stiiizy pod, while the others charge $21... Give me a break... read more

I'm from Denver and am a little partial to the dispensaries out there. Evergreen however is the only place I've been to out here that I think is on their level. They're well informed about all of the products and they actually have the THC levels on all of the flower which is common in Denver but not out here. Overall test place with a good atmosphere and good vibes, employees are super friendly and I would definitely check it out if it's your first time or even think about making it your go-to shop if you're a frequent smoker. read more

LOVE this place. Yeah, they're not the shady fly-by-night dispensary that dodges taxes and gets shut down after 2 months, and that's the point. They're clean, they're professional, they're friendly, and their Covid safety measures have always been tight. If you want to give a scan of your driver's license to some back-alley strip mall location with butcher-paper blocking the windows, feel free. If you want a professional establishment with a good selection and reasonable prices, go here. read more

I was in yesterday which was the second time I've been to Evergreen, Marvin helped me the first time and can't remember the young ladies name that helped me yesterday so I do apologize but both where great help, friendly and knowledgeable bud tenders. Best store I've been too in OC, very presentable, I actually passed it up because I was looking for the typical back entrance type of store but this place was like going to a spa, inside and out! I come here and spend 600 Plus a month I don't get why if they take my id and they scan it in with a copy machine if I don't come with my id they don't let me in the why scan my id my birthday don't change the expired id ain't expired because you can look it up this is joke all Clinics do this but the fact they can't just look up your info and let you in based on that is pretty dumb I'm not a cop I'm not underaged and my id isn't expired if I Loose my id I'm Fucked smh read more

If i could give this place more than 5 stars, I would! Everything here is top of the line, from the meds, to the staff! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful, Matthew and Kaytee are my fav! I've never been to a dispensary that had so much of a variety of not only flower, but edibles and concentrates too! And the location is beautiful, it's easy to find and very professional looking. Truthfully i used to like this dispensary it has great parking it's in a good area and it's usually pretty quick to get in,HOWEVER it's not as good as it seems most brands are taxed heavy the weed maps menu is not always up-to-date and I just left there this weekend with the product that was packaged 11 months ago !! I understand stock stays but to give out a near year old batch of flower was the final straw I think I'm done with evergreen for a little read more

Anthony at Evergreen Cannabis is seriously the best. He's always so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful every time I come in. You can tell he really knows his products and takes the time to explain different options, deals, and what would work best for you. Been shopping here for three years love coming to get all my goodies here. The staff is super friendly, discreet and helpful. The shop hours are pretty good and they often have different brands coming down to give merchandise. They have good deals on their products. They restock pretty often so they're hardly ever running low on anything. And the prices are good. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good dispensary. read more

This place is one of the best places I've been to. It is always so clean and everything they have is displayed in nice cases so you can see everything. Everyone that has helped me while in this establishment has always been super nice and most of the time very personable! This is the only place I ever go to now. This is a really great place for newcomers and those who aren't well-versed in cannabis (like me).
