I ordered six packs of 2.5g, or 5 .5g joints in each package. Product was not as advertised, it wasn't even 0.25g, the joint was so small I couldn't even smoke it. Then they say that that is normal and acceptable for a product, and decline the call when I try to call back and do not respond back to texts. Workers are nice in person, terrible over phone. Terrible customer service in general with not being able to exchange what I think is rightfully shitty product. I liked this place but being okay with selling shit product and not caring about your customers experience is what will drive customers away. read more

Found this gem cuz it was so conveniently located near where I was staying. I was skeptical at first cuz it was kinda confusing to get there but I'm also not from the area so it was unfamiliar. Was immediately greeted by one of the staff members who was incredibly helpful and friendly. Forgot her name but she had sick tattoos. She gave great recommendations and informed us about the current deals and weekly deals that they had. Since it was our first time we also got 20% off which was great. I got northern lights plug n play full kit & cereal milk infused preroll. Forgot the name of the brand but it hit fashooo. My cousin also bought a plug n play full kit but when we opened her package the battery was damaged. Went back inside to let them know about the situation and they were extremely helpful. Not only did they replace the damaged battery but they gave my cousin a full size battery with a charger (and a cool blue color). Second time here. Check in is a breeze. The first time I came I ordered the weedmaps a Cartridge! I only like blunts and was mortified. The next day I came in and they accepted my return thankful and I was able to purchase something else. The selections are plentiful. The staff is very nice. The security in front is very nice. I hate writing bad reviews, but unfortunately my experience was so disappointing that I felt I needed to share. I completely understand that weekends can be busy and that being understaffed makes things difficult, but I'm genuinely confused as to why the budtender with the worst attitude was scheduled with no support. I don't know her name, but she had dyed red hair. From the moment I approached the counter, she made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable to the point that I ended up leaving without purchasing anything. I come from a customer service background and work on the distribution side of cannabis, so I understand how stressful the job can be. However, when I mentioned that I work in the industry, her attitude toward me actually became worse, which was extremely surprising and disappointing. This will be my last time visiting this shop. I'm sure the other budtenders may be great, but this single experience completely ruined it for me. read more
