Then they say that that is normal and acceptable for a product, and decline the call when I try to call back and do not respond back to texts. Workers are nice in person, terrible over phone. Terrible customer service in general with not being able to exchange what I think is rightfully shitty product. My cousin also bought a plug n play full kit but when we opened her package the battery was damaged. Went back inside to let them know about the situation and they were extremely helpful. Not only did they replace the damaged battery but they gave my cousin a full size battery with a charger (and a cool blue color). I hate writing bad reviews, but unfortunately my experience was so disappointing that I felt I needed to share. I completely understand that weekends can be busy and that being understaffed makes things difficult, but I'm genuinely confused as to why the budtender with the worst attitude was scheduled with no support. I don't know her name, but she had dyed red hair. From the moment I approached the counter, she made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable to the point that I ended up leaving without purchasing anything. I come from a customer service background and work on the distribution side of cannabis, so I understand how stressful the job can be. However, when I mentioned that I work in the industry, her attitude toward me actually became worse, which was extremely surprising and disappointing. This will be my last time visiting this shop. I'm sure the other budtenders may be great, but this single experience completely ruined it for me. read more
