When you attempt to ask the staff you are instantly met with the coldness of an open icebox. Alex, the representative that was "assisting" me in my transaction (clearly high which is not a biggie if you're chill) had somewhat of a moody day, since he was not open to answering many of my questions, even though I had explained to him that I was a novice. When I purchased my product at the end ALEX clearly expressed his displeasure with me by tossing my credit card to me instead of handing it back. Clearly customer service is something this store does not handle well. Honestly go somewhere else, there too many stores out there that will sell you the same bud for much less!!!! I went in thinking I wanted one thing...but learned there was something better for my specific concerns. It is so clear that they hire experts you can trust. I mentioned my goal of migraine relief and was pleasantly surprised to find out that they have an Information & Resource Center as an extension of the dispensary that takes medical patients and consults to build personalized cannabis action plans to achieve health and wellness goals. I made my first visit to FTE on 5/18/2018 and I'm glad I did. Their overall vibe is fantastic, and they design is impeccable. But, any dispensary is only as good as their selection and their staff, and FTE is a five-star facility in both categories. My budtender, Mika, was both friendly and knowledgeable and her rose-colored glasses were a treat. I was there to help a friend who has just begun chemo and needed help selecting a nice 1:1 for both pain and nauseousness. and Mika helped him select a nice gummy that fit his criteria. Sundays are 15% off all day, so I'm heading back shortly to shop for myself. Mika and I have already discussed my needs and I'm looking forward to trying her recommendations for my insomnia and mild, carpel tunnel. Prices have risen dramatically since January at ALL dispensaries, but the same thing happened in Colorado initially until the competition intensified and brought the prices back down. I'm looking forward to that occurring asap, but until then, FTE is competitive with other locations, and often lower priced. Take advantage of the sales and practice frugality with your choices. From the Earth has always been a great dispensary to visit, a shout-out to all the staff members and the rest of the gang. The bud tender who accompanied me was really nice and recommended something fancy which they call a 'Gangsta Cookie'. I was a little hesitant to pick it at first looking at its price, but I was really keen on trying it since I've read a lot of reviews about it. The store is really well organized and the waiting period could vary depending up on the time slot that you visit. If you happen to visit during the weekend, this store is crowded with quite a bit of chaos, but it's an energetic vibe over all. Ever since I shifted to this part of the city, I have been visiting them often, and I must say I am very pleased with their consistent attentive service every time. If you are new to medical marijuana, this place is the right pick. The staff members are really experienced and very well understand the confusion that a new visitor would face. I would rate them a 4 on 5 with exceptional quality of services and such an ease of selection process. Good job guys. read more

One word: Phenomenal. Everything is so organized and efficient compared to other dispensaries that I've been to. Visual appeal is important and they've got it covered. As for the products, they're the best in Santa Ana. A variety of strains, oils, edibles make FTE a must visit. Trust me, their cannabis is lab tested and of superior quality, once you try it you fall in love. The staff is welcoming and polite if you're a novice they make sure you're acquainted with the product description before you buy it. Also, I see a lot of people complaining about prices, well, their price range starts from $25(similar to the dispensaries nearby) which is not inclusive of taxes. They can't do anything about the 30% tax on top of your product as they're answerable to the state. The products and services are well worth the price and I recommend everyone to at least try FTE once, you won't regret it. read more
