I'm almost always greeted right when I walk in, and the wait time is practically nonexistent, which I love. Richelle is so sweet, knowledgeable, and patient. She walks you through what she's doing step by step, offers tips tailored to your current hair routine, and genuinely wants you to feel confident in caring for your curls. Her recommendations are always spot on. I felt so blessed when I finally snagged an appointment with her as she's incredibly gifted, which means she stays booked and busy for a reason! I've loved trying the drinks they offer during appointments, such a nice touch. As long as Richelle is at Cachet, I'll be a loyal client. The new stylist unfortunately didn't have the skills needed to properly handle my hair. When I called to ask about the change and discuss my concerns, things only got worse. Several of my upcoming appointments were cancelled without any notice. When I tried to get answers, my call was transferred to the owner, who scolded me for questioning the quality of the new stylist's work and said she can pick and choose her clients. Later, I discovered that I had been blocked in their system and could no longer book appointments. At no point was I notified about the cancellations or the restriction on my account. I'm honestly appalled by how unprofessionally this situation was handled.

Washed that out the next day and it was muçh better.

She's did my wife's hair and gave her a nice cut and color and she looked great. I went in and got my hair buzzed and faded and my mohawk tightened up, and she did an amazing job. The receptionist was very polite, and was able to schedule me in the same week. I had the pleasure of Audra cutting my hair. This was honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had with a salon and stylist. She sat with me for a consultation before getting started. She was very knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my hair. I showed pictures of what I was looking to do. She washed, cut and dried my hair. I was very happy leaving the salon that day. Audra is a wonderful person and I look forward to more appointments with her. I am also going to schedule for my young daughters to have their hair done.
