She listens, makes suggestions and ultimately does as the client asks. I have had Lorna cut my hair drastically, as well as trim, shape, thin, color, foil and wax. She is also unfailingly polite and friendly. You can't go wrong giving this place a chance. I have only had a wash and blow out by Chantel one time when Lorna was unavailable and my hair came out beautifully.
