He bids the job low so you hire him. He has you sign a detailed contract and in one of his…read moreparagraphs it states no extra work is to be performed unless we agree on it in writing and signed by both parties. But at the end of the job he complains on how much more he had to do and does it anyway without the agreement and then asks for $800 more at the end of the job. I would not pay that nonsense and now he will not come back and fix the drywall tape that is showing every where, the screw pops and the outlet and vent holes he over cut. It's awful. He says, "Either pay the $800 extra I am demanding or I don't come back and stand by the year warranty," Also, my cathedral ceiling drywall is already showing a huge line all the way down it and it is going to crack in time before you know it. This man is a crooked unethical unprofessional character! I can't emphasize enough, DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY THE TIME OF DAY!!!
