I knew I was supposed to be on the lookout for certain red flags during the walk through of the homes, but couldn't tell you what they were supposed to be. As an over eager buyer, I scheduled to be there while the full inspection was going on. My husband and I are first time home buyer's, so we really didn't know what to expect from the whole inspection process. So naturally, I was pretty anxious about the whole thing. Greg was absolutely fantastic about explaining things in a way that was easy to understand and he was more than happy to answer all of our questions. Greg was amazing! Super helpful and friendly over the phone while setting up my appointment. Arrived to the inspection and got started even before I arrived! Didn't mind me tagging along and answered every question I had on the spot. I was extremely impressed by how thorough he was. He seriously turned everything possible on, from appliances to drain stoppers. Even wriggled under the crawl space to provide a full inspection. At the end went over the entire report which was extremely detailed and full of pictures he had just taken with arrows pointing to areas of interest.
