Jay didn't have a ladder to cut the hedges properly, nor did he clean up after the job. Instead, he proceeded to mulch all of the trimmings and blow the leftover in my neighbor's yard and in the street. I had to go back and finish the clean up. It wasn't worth the money. I advise you to be specific when negotiating the service.
