Green Brothers has always been one of my favorite places, and I regularly order the Hulk Bowl. That day, when my bowl was ready, I noticed that there was an unusually large amount of spread on top--so much that it was covering most of the fruit. Since I order this bowl often, I knew it didn't look like it normally does. I politely asked one of the young ladies working there if it would be possible to remove just a little of the spread. Instead of trying to help me, she responded with a very rude attitude, repeatedly asking me, "What do you want me to do? Do you want me to throw it away?" I explained that I didn't know how they could fix it and that I was simply asking if there was a way to remove some of the spread. She continued speaking to me in the same rude tone and kept asking if I wanted her to throw it away. At that point, I felt extremely uncomfortable and honestly didn't even know what to say. Then she grabbed my bowl and threw it into the garbage in a way that made me feel like I was the garbage. I was so shocked and upset that I honestly wanted to cry. Nobody should be treated that way, especially when they are speaking politely and simply asking for help. She then made another bowl using what was left in one of the blenders, overloaded it with granola, slid it toward me, and walked back to the register as if I was a bother. This was not about wanting something free or demanding special treatment. It was about basic customer service and being treated with respect. If something could not be changed, she could have simply explained that to me kindly. Instead, the way she spoke to me and especially the way she threw my food away was extremely hurtful and unnecessary. I'm hoping a manager sees this because I would genuinely like them to know how this interaction made a loyal customer feel. No customer should leave a place they love feeling humiliated, disrespected, and upset enough to want to cry. I truly hope this is addressed, because one employee's behavior should not ruin the experience and reputation of a place that I have enjoyed for a long time.

Every time I stop by during lunch to grab a smoothie, he's in the best mood, smiling, upbeat, and just radiating positivity. It genuinely makes my day better.
