The only things missing from a 5 star is -my heels; not as thorough, and there are no drying lamps, or at least to which we were directed. Fresh nails has been my go to for so many years. I've recommended so many friends here. My mom and I are regulars for pedis/ manicures and full sets. Lately the employees have been very short and seem to have attitude despite that I loved their work. Called to get an appointment for a pedi to avoid waiting times. As Saturdays are busy for me. Was told to come in an hour later for an "appointment" as soon as I arrived ON TIME they couldn't find my appointment and was just told to have a seat. After 30 minutes of waiting in the pedicure chair they finally came and turned my water on. Mind you whole time I'm not being acknowledged. After having scheduled an "appointment" I politely asked how long when I received an eye roll and was told 10 minutes. I'll just leave due to frustration of waiting and not being acknowledged the whole time I've been waiting and all I got was an "okay" not even trying to make things right or a sincere apology more so seemed like I was the issue. When asked again if it would be 10 minutes wait I was then told it would be 15 minute "or so". I am so frustrated and upset with the way this "appointment" was handled. My friend and I have been in a few times and the first couple times were ok.. then we were told to book online.. they say they except walk ins but they really don't.. they complain about the people that try and walk in once they leave.. my last experience was horrible.. we made an appointment online.. once we got there my friend was given the technician she had requested but I was given a different technician...let's just say for a $60.00 pedicure it was the worst one I have ever had!!! Then Tram who was painting my friends nails was extremely short and rude!!! When we were leaving I asked how the online booking worked.. to say the least this salon is one of the more expensive ones and the service does not match the price! A gift.. she had just had a baby and he has a bad heart and has had heart surgery .., The owner of this business was so very rude to all of us.. she had told us to come back.. we went and fed the little one then came back,. I went to this place for acrylics every few month for almost a year. They weren't bad but I LOVED their cute little dog despite the sanitary issue of it rubbing its nose on the door and licking my legs. However I can't bring myself to go back. They gave me a nasty fungus on my nails last time I went (March) which was probably from the unsanitary equipment they use consistently on every customer, without even wiping off the last persons nail dust. I wasn't going to say anything, but it's an issue that needs to be dealt with. read more

Definitely would NOT recommend! I went in for a full set and pedicure, the lady who did my pedicure was extremely rough, she cut almost every one of my toes, and then the lady who did my full set came over to the pedicure chair while I was almost done with my pedicure and started. She didn't prep my nails at all before she put the acrylic on, and she didn't measure the acrylics after she cut them to make sure they were the same size. She then asked what shape I wanted, and instead of filing them she cut them, and then she filed them at the very end, which led my whole right hand to be a different shape than my left. Also, my middle finger and pointer finger on my right hand are crooked. Both ladies doing my nails too were rude, the entire time I felt like the were rushing the whole time. The woman who painted my toes did a nice job, the pedicure experience wasn't the best as I was worked on in between other clients so I was worked on by two people which is something I don't necessarily care for but what could I have done. After reading the reviews on this place I was very excited to give them a try! My mother and I get our toes done often. This place lived up to its expectations. They allow walk-in's but if you want to avoid a wait call ahead and make an appointment. Upon arrival we were asked our names and if we would like water or a coke. They are hands down one of the more sanitary nail places we have been too. They use liners for their tubs, disposable files, buffers, etc. I enjoyed that the ladies working had conversations with us and we all felt involved and welcome to be there. Every time I come here, they charge me more and more money. My friend who goes is charged $25 for a fill while I am charged $35, we have the SAME nails (shape and size). I have been here 3 times because I really don't know of any other nail salons, but there is only one nice person there and it is, I believe, the daughter of the owner. The other ladies are very rude, especially later in the day. One woman was grabbing at my fingers very aggressively while I was getting my fill, I am surprised she didn't start yelling at me. I paid $30 for a gel manicure here on a friday and they were lifting and chipping within 2 days. Not only that the girl doing the manicure was rude about polish selection and rushed through the manicure. Start to finish including gel polish was under 20 minutes. The hand massage, if you want to call it that, was a 10 second lotion application after polish completed as she was basically leading me to the cash register. Long story short, I paid for gel because I wanted the manicure to last more than 2 days. Typically a gel application I can get minimum of 1 week and most of the time 2. That added to the fact that the lady doing manicure seems irriated the entire time assures I will not go back. read more

I'm out of town visiting my family. My sister and I decided to make an appointment on Saturday morning. We were welcomed and treated very well. I got a pedicure and a manicure with shellac nail polish. They treated people very well as they entered into the door and greeted them. One thing that impressed me the most is they were honest about their times. They did not put their appointments under their walk-ins. They were honest about the wait time and said that they could come back and they had that appointment space for them. I think that was very professional of them. I'm used to going in as a walk-in and saying to would be five minutes and it takes 40. I have nothing negative to say about them.
