After using tools on me, I saw her wash and sanitize them right away, which is great! I was hoping for a bit more of a massage on my feet, it seemed the people next to me got great massages, but a bunch of people came in at that time and I think I got hurried a bit. Not bad though. Customer service was good, she asked me some questions that I could elaborate on if I was feeling chatty (which I wasn't) so then mostly just worked. Its unfortunate when you leave a review reflecting a poor experience - that does not often happen…read morebut when it does it is truly due to something needing to be addressed - and Jenny immediately calls asking to take the review down and she will make it right by addressing the problem and then when I "come in again" she would cover my pedicure to make it right. Well I am here today to state the problem has been addressed the employee is no longer working there as she working at another salon however- there was no mention in the call as to a time frame for my return to have another pedicure and I guess I was too late. So in conversation with Jenny she said to repost the poor review. This time however feels different to me. Several of my friends and family use the services at Jenny's Nails - I have always confirmed that if something isn't done how you like it Jenny will make it right and she has the few times , (maybe 3 times in the last 10 years) fixed it no problem. My husband often picks up gift cards for Christmas for all of us girls and I have sent people needing some pampering there and for the most part trusted that to be a great choice. I struggle now to stand by that. Many girls have changed from names to numbers so the numbers can be changed frequently and Jenny no longer backs her word. It may be a good time to look somewhere else to start building/supporting as we put too much money into this type of business to not feel taken care at the end of the day.

I came to Salon Bleu because my previous salon, I was fifteen minutes late getting to my appointment and the only appointments they had for me were weeks away and I needed serious help. So I called around and found Salon Bleu and Kaitlyn answered the phone. We had a discussion about my naturally curly hair and what I needed. I have been her customer for months now and said good bye to the other salon. I'm grateful I found Salon Bleu. They know a lot about how to work with naturally curly hair and few salons and stylists really know how to deal with this hair texture. My hair has grown so much longer,healthier and so beautifully because of her help. I came with not very short hair but length was above middle of back and it had issues, color issues. Kaitlyn helped get my hair into a better place and a wonderful and beautiful growing path. I have had several appointments and I'm very satisfied and impressed with Kaitlyn. I appreciate her kindness and how open and friendly she is. I also appreciate the knowledge she extends me about my hair, what is going on or about how she goes about the coloring process.
