Waxing technician was 45 minutes late for my appointment. She was running all over the salon, doing pedicures, getting towels, cleaning, taking clients to the pedicure chairs, answering phones... She missed numerous spots on my legs, had to do a quick shave before going out for the evening. She continued to answer the cordless phone throughout my pedicure. She would give the client a day/time for an appointment but not write anything down. Either she has one heck of a memory or everything is just "willy nilly" when it comes to booking and it is treated like a walk-in. For as often as the phone rang, they really SHOULD hire someone to answer the phone and allow the staff to focus on their client. $200 later, my feet are not smooth and neither are my legs. :( really can't see returning. Which is sad. Probably the worst experience I can recall.

I needed a cut and a change from the way I was doing my hair. Well let me tell you that when I met "The Carrie" hairstylist, I was impressed. She is so vivacious, bubbly, friendly, caring, knowledgeable and listened to my woe of having thin hair and it was thinning on the top and I was struggling to hide it. Well she checked my hair and said I am not losing it, I do have fine hair but let's work with it. She washed and cut my hair in layers to give it volume and recommended I get a soft perm, which I did just recently in Nov. She said I have some curl in my hair so the perm should take well. Well I am so happy with Carrie and how she gave me the perm of my life. I have not had a perm since I got married and this one makes me look much younger and I feel younger with this new hairstyle. It's like a wash and go look and I don't have to wash so frequently just to get the "poof and volume" I need on the top of my head. Carrie did a FANTASTIC JOB on my hair and I love her and her staff - Jordan & Kamara - they too are wonderful stylists and are very friendly, informative and up-to-date on hairstyles and can answer any questions you have about your hair. The massage chairs, the atmosphere, the variety of colours, the price... and the job they do on my feet! I have NEVER had a pedicurist to such a GREAT job on my heels! They got down to the nitty gritty and they were wonderfully smooth for MONTHS! The gel nail polish on my toes... well, like I said, I don't get my nails done often- sue me. The nail polish from Nov was still on my toes today. It lasts!! I live 2 hours away, and I will make a point of trying to get an appointment whenever I'm in town. I highly recommend this place!

I wasn't asked about what exactly I wanted, and they hardly communicated with me. It seemed that all of the employees were second language English speakers, which would have fine had they made that clear and actually tried to communicate with me. But they didn't. They just looked at me confused when I asked them questions. They didn't let me wash my hands between steps and I can feel the pressure on the tips of my nails when any force is applied to them. the product would stick to my skin which caused me minor pain. I also have nails that are prone to growing in impacted, meaning my sidewalls are more overgrown than most, and they didn't even touch them during nail care. this appointment ruined my birthday.
