Waxing technician was 45 minutes late for my appointment. She was running all over the salon, doing pedicures, getting towels, cleaning, taking clients to the pedicure chairs, answering phones... She missed numerous spots on my legs, had to do a quick shave before going out for the evening. She continued to answer the cordless phone throughout my pedicure. She would give the client a day/time for an appointment but not write anything down. Either she has one heck of a memory or everything is just "willy nilly" when it comes to booking and it is treated like a walk-in. For as often as the phone rang, they really SHOULD hire someone to answer the phone and allow the staff to focus on their client. $200 later, my feet are not smooth and neither are my legs. :( really can't see returning. Which is sad. Probably the worst experience I can recall.

Recently, I had an ombre set done, and some of my natural nails started lifting from the acrylic; it had been less than a week since I had them done. I booked an appointment for a new set and mentioned that my nails were under a week old. When they removed the previous nails, one of my natural nails had turned green. Despite this, I was charged for the new set and removing the previous nails. When I questioned this at the front desk, the woman was rude and told me the total amount I needed to pay. I get a new set every few months, and when things lift or there is a problem, they tell me I need a new set done. I have never had my nails removed and reapplied so often, and I have had acrylic nails for twenty years. The last time I had them taken off for a new set, An removed the set by sliding an extension nail underneath and tearing it off the natural nail, which was extremely painful. They are the only salon in town that doesn't offer a two-week guarantee on their nails.
