He hung new drywall, taped, mudded, and left it with a clean level 5 finish. He also demoed parts of the exterior, installed new sheathing, and put up a vapor barrier--all done properly. As a working contractor myself, I've dealt with plenty of subs. What stood out most with Juan was his follow-through. We went to Lowes and picked out what we wanted. Eloy made a few suggestions which we adopted. His crew came out and went to work repairing the hole in the wall, removing the ruined carpet, padding and old contractor short baseboard. Then they started on the floor. Amazingly they did the floor in the bedroom without moving the furniture out of the room. It was amazing. I did not think they could do it, but they did and it looks great. I am glad we picked them. We had a concern of some caulking issues and texted him at 8:30 at night and he responded within minutes. He even called after the work was completed to make sure everything was good.
