So, now that A&A has been settling into their contracted folks for Dog Grooming, the service has become cumbersome. The pricing is always different, inconsistent. The last time we went, I waited for over 20min past my appointment time for the dogs, no problem, I did not complain. Today, I get a text at 4:08pm saying they were almost ready. I was on a call and got there at 4:35. This is the bill I got which I looked at details when I got home after leaving a nice tip. I texted the people there and the response was just silly. We've been wanting to stop by this place for a while now whenever we make the drive to Frisco/Breck. Finally stopped by today! We were greeted by the most adorable pup!!! When I went to the dog coat area, I was helped by a wonderful and knowledgeable lady (didn't catch her name) and she helped me find the perfect coat for our Franklin. He's got a very long and narrow chest which has made coat shopping a bit difficult. We couldn't be happier with the Sherpa coat we got him! We will definitely be back!! read more

I can't say enough about this pet supply store! I have been coming here for years and have always been happy with their inventory and staff. And when I can't think they can get any better, they surprise me again and again. Not only do they have everything you would need for your pets, but they have an owner and staff that is incredibly consistent, helpful and supportive. I couldn't get my 115 lb Bernese Mountain Dog in the bath tub for the self dog wash and the owner and her "troops" came into assist me and my husband. It was remarkable how creative they were to help us get him in the tub - and they have helped on more than one occasion. We were recently in the Frisco area for a hiking trip with our sheepadoodle. After our first day out, Bugsy's paws were worn and sore and we thought he was done. This has always been a great place to go; staff is very helpful and knows their products. Today really put it over the top though. I moved to another state this summer and got into a little problem with my 16 yr old dogs anti-slip boots deteriorating. I have tried a couple I found but the hard bottom soles cause issues if used constantly and the soft ones don't stay on his feet or are a major pain to get on. I call A & A and they were able to look up what I had purchased a year ago and sent me to the manufactures' website. Thank you guys- You're awesome!!! read more

The owner, Sara, is so knowledgeable, when my cat's special diet food (from the vet) was unavailable due to COVID, she listened to the symptoms and recommended a food that works just as well and costs much less. Also, if you have a dog that pulls on the leash, they sell a leash there by a company called Cycle Dog that has bike inner tube on the back. It doesn't seem any different until you go back to your old leash and then you realize how much it helps. read more

I absolutely love it here. Today was my first day and I came in looking for a specific dog food but first I looked around. I love all the quality products and brands that they carry. All of my favorite. I was approached by an employee who helped me with questions on some of the dog packs and vests. My dog Archer was so happy with the amount of toys and treats they had but of course we were on a mission for better dog food. I was looking at the one I was interested in but I must have looked confused because two employee came to me to help talk about the food I was looking at.
