This is now the fourth time I've been promised a delivery date--only to get to the end of the day and see that my account has been updated with a new delivery scheduled for a different day. These empty promises are incredibly frustrating, especially when we haven't received a delivery in several months. Each time I call, customer service assures me it will be resolved, but nothing ever changes. There's no accountability, no follow-through, and no regard for the inconvenience this causes. I expected a call back from a manager yesterday that never came. This is an unbelievable mistake for a pool company to make and could permanently damage my pool. We talked through things to look out for and fortunately I think I avoided serious damage. They then asked me if I could do anything about the review I left.
