Hard to find a small locally run company that can provide good service for the masses. Stonybrook Water does just that and more! Writing this review on behalf of my office, Copper Rock Capital Partners. We employed Stonybrook and installed an Ion Water Cooler last year and have never looked back. Not only are we saving money by not purchasing water bottles and seltzers, we are also helping lower can and plastic waste. Stonybrook's sales manager Jennifer was professional, informative about all the machines and willing to work with us on a contract that would fit our office's specific needs. We chose a hot/cold/sparkling featured cooler and our office raves about how convenient the machine is. Installation by Benjamin was prompt and efficient. I think he even came the next day to install and provided us with a new customer discount! We have experienced no issues since installation a year ago and we can count on Stonybrook to periodically come and replace our filter without our request. They stay on point with every customer. Its important to still shop small and local. Us being a company in Boston its hard to not succumb to big cooperate providers. The fine people at Stonybrook Water provide a life-changing product and service. Candidly, I was initially going to rate them four stars rather then the five, only because my employees are now so hydrated that trips to the restroom might have lowered productivity. Come to find out, the increase in health, energy and extra space (no more unsightly rack of water bottles taking up space) has made our office a more productive environment! The taste is great. Better than what our stale old bottled water cooler provided (have you ever looked at the slime buildup inside one of those things? Nasty!). We love the seltzer, and have recently been experimenting with adding different kinds of fresh fruit for an extra kick. It is also nice to have piping hot water for tea. I sent an inquiry about services to the company that evening and received a call back from Chris the next day and scheduled an installation appointment for the following Monday. Before arriving, Kyle LeBrecht phoned to let me know his ETA, and upon arrival, he was pleasant and went the extra mile to figure out the best place to install the water stand, given the need for an existing water line. We have been using Stonybrook Water for several years now and love the convenience and quality of the water. During a service call, they made me aware of a newer cooler model that does reverse osmosis as well as offering 4 options: ambient, cold, hot and sparkling. Today, they came to switch out my unit to this updated one. I can't wait to try it. I am writing the review about the service. David Hernandez handled the installation and I can't say enough about how pleased I am! He is such a professional and is so attentive to detail. Without involving me, he placed a long drain line in the basement running from the front to a drain at the back. In doing so, he hid it up in the rafters and made sure it was secure. I have used other kinds of water purification systems, had home delivery from multiple providers and even rented large bottled waters for home use from grocery stores. However, I have never had a more convenient and pure drinking water deliver product then what I currently use from Stonybrook water company. There are many options from free standing to counter top models, I have had no service issues, the filters are replaced on schedule and Tim and Gentel are great people who will make your business relationship unparalleled. We finally discovered a solution to the problem of providing fresh, clean water to our company's staff. Had been storing and lugging the bottles and empties, then used a directly piped cooler but it had issues with sanitation, the possible buildup of unwanted bacteria in the holding tank. Then Stonybroook was introduced and the problem is solved. Fresh, clean. water on demand, filtered from the tap. Great company - Met a rep from this company purely by accident. I now view it as the best accidental meeting I have had in years. We were extremely unhappy with our water vendor and actively seeking a replacement. I met one of their reps and as the saying goes the rest is history. I have a Stonybrook water machine in my home and also my business "SoCho Salon" Ipswich MA. Come by for some delicious water and a hair cut. I had traditional water coolers before Stonybrook. I will never go back. No picking up those bulky bottles, no storing the bottles and it tastes better too. Tim the owner gave me a free month to try it out. I never realized just how much our family needed this product until we had it...now we will never go back. My favorite feature is the seltzer water! So so convenient and I feel good knowing our family is drinking clean water (I had no idea before that bacteria builds up in the Brita).
