It is nice they provide plowing at some places, but the inconsistency is hard to plan around as sometimes they come before the given time or sometimes after when I already assumed they had came to plow. Also, prices are substantially high compared to other rentals in the area and we aren't getting anything special. On another note, they threaten to tow vehicles that aren't registered to the place even if they are friends or family staying for a few hours and I think that with the price we pay a month we should be able to have guests over at our liking and have them be able to park off the street, especially in the winter. What harm is that we pay to live there! My dad got a ticket and warning parking there overnight while he was helping me move in last spring! That is ridiculous in my opinion. Overall, we have not been pleased at all the last 8 months as we feel we are being babysat and watched 24/7 over what we do in our own home. I'm a grown adult and I don't need someone watching over what I do and threatening me over stuff that should not affect them. I am mostly annoyed about the towing of cars as it shouldn't not be a big deal if someone parks overnight on the property if they are guests visiting. Do not recommend at all!!

I had to pay the buyer to replace these items. This was a horrible experience for my family and the buyer. I have seen multiple cars in the lot every single day without stickers. When the snow comes along at 9 am they come and brush off all the windows to find your apartment number on your sticker so they can fine you $20. If you don't have the sticker they don't tow your car; they do nothing. They just care about their little scams they have to make a quick buck off their tenants. other than that the maintenance workers are very quick and friendly but they arent exactly part of the management which is where the problem is.... renting from a small private owner from now on.

The grounds are kept up immaculately in the summer. In the winter time, not so much. The snow removal in the parking lots isn't very good and If I did not have snow tires I would get stuck often. The apartment unit itself is clean, updated, in great condition and very comfortable.
