At the appraisal, 5 days before closing the buyer took pictures of the home. The buyer contacted me immediately after entering the home as items in the home and garage are removed. I had to pay the buyer to replace these items. This was a horrible experience for my family and the buyer. Mr. Huffman and his team should remember the cardinal rule, treat others how you want others to treat you and if someone is nasty to you, let them vent then apologize, empathize and strategize

All they care about is their little scams…read morethey have to charge you $20(ex: having windows open in early spring or late fall, parking in YOUR personal spot after a snow storm between 9 and 10 am, or having more than one nail hole per wall) They say they'll tow you if you don't have a Look sticker on your car and are ever parked in the lot, but this is not true. I have seen multiple cars in the lot every single day without stickers. When the snow comes along at 9 am they come and brush off all the windows to find your apartment number on your sticker so they can fine you $20. If you don't have the sticker they don't tow your car; they do nothing. They just care about their little scams they have to make a quick buck off their tenants. other than that the maintenance workers are very quick and friendly but they arent exactly part of the management which is where the problem is.... renting from a small private owner from now on.

The apartment unit itself is clean, updated, in great condition and very comfortable.
