It's bright and inviting. The owner Shah was behind the counter, working away. He was so pleasant and you can tell he REALLY enjoys his work. We had two pieces of each appetizer to try and I must say I LOVED the jalapeno poppers. They paired very well with the Factory sauce. On one of our visits our order was wrong, we were given two Hero's instead of a Hero and a Club. However before I could realize what had happened the cashier was right at our table apologizing for the mistake, and not even 5 minutes later the person who was making the subs that night came to our table and apologized and made up for it!
