Awe freshii! Got some Uber eats from here to our hotel next door!! Literally 2 blocks away at the fairmont empress. The menu looked so good for both me and my pup! Well that was that! The cooking time from the place took extra 20-25 mins. Delivery was quite fast. We waited over an hour for the egg and cheese, a wrap and boiled eggs. The burrito even though has caloric count: feels way heavier than it is. It was also quite watery and runny. Ended up throwing it out. Wrap was good and I like that boiled eggs came with salad. I got a recoverii smoothy which was quite yummy and we also got the huevos for breakfast. The smoothy was pretty good, but not chilled. The huevos had a good combo of veggies and hit the spot. Started off great but quality going down. I ordered buddhas satay today, they just put loads of big white uncooked noodles and few veggies did not mix anything properly. I just felt like I am eating a bunch of plain white noodles. I went back to complain the girl at the counter was unapologetic and just dumped a bunch of sauce on my bowl. Went back again after few weeks asked them to toss my salad before giving me, they did the tossing but the noodles were uncooked and there was literally no sauce, completely bland and tasteless. I dont wanna pay 13$ for a bunch of uncooked noodles and bland veggies. I am never going back. read more

I was feeling like getting some breakfast on my walk in to work this morning. As I reviewed the usual options in my head, none appealed to me. I decided to walk another block further to see if there was anything on Broughton that looked good. I discovered that freshii had opened. I went in and was pleased by the space. It is light and open. I looked up at their menu and there were lots of options that were both yummy sounding and healthy. I ordered the Ranchero breakfast burrito. It was quickly assembled and I was out the door. I got in the office and was really impressed with how good the burrito was, despite having cooled down in the 10 minutes between buying it and getting to eat it. If this is typical of their food, I have now found my default place for a quick and healthy lunch. read more

As a Celiac who works in downtown Victoria I was really happy to find Freshii until after 6 weeks of eating there I had my worst reaction to any food from the same meal I had consistently been eating. I told the staff about it and they made a sincere effort to prevent cross-contamination but I still get a reaction from their food, although not as bad as my worst incident. read more

I'm amazed this new restaurant isn't more busy. Probably has some of the top 5 healthiest food in all of downtown Victoria, for very reasonable prices. Probably other diners had better food. Our lemon grass soup was cold and colder. They completely forgot the salad and they stumbled refunding the CC charge. Had to eat it so we could get to the IMAX but shouldn't have. Advise: be careful here as they really have no quality control . The chicken soup was the only good order. read more
