We come for lunch around 2pm on a Saturday and it was not full. They do have Middleastern music in the background but a nice hearing level which doesn't interrupt conversation. Simple restaurant but minimalist tastefully decorated. As soon as we came in we were greeted, walked to our table and Tea and Water was brought to our table. This restaurant is from Iran so they had typical dishes from that country. A lot of them have a base of yogurt, so it is not Vegan friendly, except for salads and the Veggie Kabob. We ordered a Chicken Kabob and Slamon Kabob. Both dishes came with rice and a small salad. Everything was very tasty and portions were reasonable. Chicken was so soft you didn't need a knife to cut it. Salmon melted in your mouth. Food was super fresh. They do take their time cooking it at the spot. The chicken tika masala puts every other version I've had to shame, rich with visible herbs. The rice is fluffy, the meats are well seasoned. I love the lamb! The owners check on diners and are happy to explain dishes. The walls are adorned with beautiful fabric tapestries and the interior has a cozy feel. Most of the dishes they make are inherently gluten-free and they are thoughtful about labeling.

They've made pretty good use of the limited space with tables and chairs, but no real oomph! The food is just good. A bit bland. Maybe Americanized for the people. I did have a tasty bite of Cornish hen with Basmati rice, but it was also pretty greasy. Trade off, I suppose. A positive is their plating. Many of their presentations are very appealing. Fries, $6.99 - 3 Stars Menu: Golden and crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside Some pieces aren't crispy enough. Some pieces are too thick such that the inside has the potato gritty texture. The sauce is a house-created flavor. We like the sauce more than we like the fries. The food is closer to 3.5 Stars. I like the family vibe and am rounding up to 4 Stars for the overall rating.
