My favorites from this platter were the brisket (so tender and just the right amount of smokiness) and the chicken wings with dry rub (fried to crispy perfection). The ribs and pulled pork were also really good, but since I prefer my barbecue without sauce, these didn't appeal to me as much as the brisket. I also liked the fresh and tasty mixed greens salad that we got as one of our sides--very balanced and delicious. The staff are super friendly here. Our waiter checked on us several times and even the chef came out to see if we liked the food. It was a wonderful lunch. The pancakes were hearty and fluffy, topped with a delicious berry chia jam and cashew cream. The plate came with 3 small-ish pancakes which was a satisfying portion that wasn't too much. We were also asked if we wanted maple syrup with the pancakes, but I ended up not needing to add any because the jam and cream were enough. Maple syrup is $2 for a small cup so I would recommend skipping it unless you really want something sweeter. The jam and cream are just modestly sweet which was perfect for me. The blueberry smoothie bowl was also delicious and came with lots of toppings - their granola had a delightful texture. It was a bit of a wait for food, so ordering the breakfast plates is probably not the best option if you're in a hurry, but they have ready-to-eat stuff available if you do want something quick, and the drinks didn't take long.
