My friend ordered the miso broth and I got the shoyou broth. Both broth was a bit bland, but understandable because there are additional add ons that could potentially enhance the flavor. I ordered the Korean Fried Chicken plain with the yangnyum sauce on the side, which I would recommend! I would definitely go again and try their sushi especially knowing that they lived in Japan. What put my experience at a 5 star was the owners and their kindness. I was staying next door at Crash Hotel with my dog. There is a door connecting their restaurant and the dog friendly-hotel. They offered to serve us from the lobby of the hotel (since they cannot allow the dog in the restaurant). I thought that was very very nice and thoughtful of them.
