Nicolle was so patient with my daughter - more patient than I was (I had to take some deep breaths!). She could tell that my daughter was struggling mentally with the idea of piercing, and she spoke beautifully, God-given words over her. Her calm presence and life-giving words helped both my daughter and me reframe. My daughter finally got up the guts to do it. The relief on her face after that second piercing said it all. Recently got my nose pierced (by another shop) and I was getting a bump and then accidentally pulled out the piercing during sleep, could not get it back in due to pain or out due to build up from my bump. But it was a blessing in disguise because it was the wrong piercing to start with (to short actually angled wrong) and was causing my issues. Misty helped me get the right piercing. Gave me great instructions on how to heal it and told me to come back if needed. Also answered some questions had about other piercings. Highly recommend going there for your next piercing. Plus I just love the atmosphere there and loved Misty's style for sure.

But last night I went and got my nipples pierced and unfortunately one of them is at a 90° angle instead of being horizontal. No I'm not crazy about the pain or doubling the healing time so instead of getting it fixed I think I'm just gonna let it be and consider myself to be a Picasso. The staff has always been pretty friendly and it's always been in and out quick and easy but if you are getting a piercing I think I would stress the importance of making sure the placement is correct. I paid my $250 deposit and was told that he was not able to do my tattoo on my chosen day because he was heading out of town but he told me Mike would be able to take care of me, no problem. I went almost the whole week without hearing from Mike, I then got ahold of him a couple of days before I was scheduled to find out his drawing was not even close to what I wanted. I contacted Justin again and he put me in touch with the tattoo shop's owner, James. James promised he would take care of it himself. I ended up getting sunburned at work and James told me he wouldn't tattoo me because of it so we scheduled it for the following Sunday (today). I didn't hear from him one time during the week, I finally contacted Justin again to say I wanted my deposit back because they failed to live up to their side of the deal. James finally reached out to me saying the tattoo was ready but couldn't send me a picture of it. I told him I wasn't interested and I would find someone else to do it and I wanted my deposit back. I attached screen shots of his responses. I would not recommend this tattoo shop to anyone because they will take your money for a deposit and then fail to do the job and then blame you and keep your deposit.
