Plenty of parking, nice decorations, and this was not one of the usual, "get in and get out" spots, they actually had seating which I can appreciate. Not a dirty establishment and the staff was friendly. The product quality was the main factor in questioning whether I would return. The drink I had (attached) though was just like essentially drinking what tasted like sierra mist with nothing extra. I drive by this place all the time on the Costco and am happy to have found this hidden gem! They have a wide variety of menu items. I really enjoyed this place! From the squish of the boba to paintings on the wall, everything was awesome! I ordered a strawberry milk tea with tapioca pearls. It came pretty fast and tasted great. The drink was really cold which gave a perfect contrast to the warm boba. When ordering you have a choice of less sweet or more sweet and different toppings cost different amounts. There are regular, special and premium topics that gradually go up on price. Compared to other places, this boba cafe is slightly more expensive, but because of the quality of the drink, I would say the price is worth it. There was another drink that sounded similar to the strawberry milk tea, so I asked a staff member. They seemed really uninterested and didn't really give me a clear answer. I assumed that they didn't know and asked another staff member only to get the exact same reaction and still not receive a clear answer. I had to search it up and finally I figured out the difference. The ambiance of this store might be my favorite one ever. There is a huge painting on a wall near the entrance that is so welcoming. The place is cute and cozy and reminds me of a board game night. There are tons of adorable boba themed games spread out on the tables. It's such a fun concept and definitely kept me entertained! LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Absolutely delicious drinks! My favorites are the Super Freshly Coffee (with 4 espresso shots) and the Egg Coffee (2 espresso shots). Their croffles are also absolutely mouth-watering! The banana caramel one is flavorful and not as sweet as I had anticipated. All my friends I've shared drinks and food with love them as well! Very friendly service and quick from ordering to receiving my beverages. I ended up with the Torched Matcha, which was super awesome!! Not too sweet and well-balanced in flavor. The item that stole the show was the Tiramasu Craffle? Croffle? Stopped by on my way to volunteering. It was later in evening. I sat in my car for a bit before going in and I noticed a lot of people checking out the drink signs on the window but still passing by (most of them to crumbl, next door), nothing wrong with that but it does make me wonder if people are scared to try boba or what it is? I'm not going to lie years ago I would have done the same, now I drink boba 1-2x a week (vs. going to Starbucks/caribou for my "little treats"). The pearls used to scare me as I'm not big on new/unfamiliar textures w/ food & drinks but now I pay to add pearls, so good. I for sure had to start with the popping pearls and more fruity juice like drinks. The menu is so big here for sure something for everyone. They even have water based glittery drinks. I first visited FL last week for a Yelp event and it was great experience and I was super interested in exploring more of the menu. I went in and was warmly greeted. They gave me some time to check over the menu w/ out any pressure (which I always appreciate these days because some people act like you are inconveniencing them). I ended up going with the monster tiger brown sugar. The cashier was super friendly and chatted with me about volunteering while the other employee got my drink together. The drink came out pretty quick and looked good - it was very good! There's still a lot I want to try on the menu so I will be back! Come here pretty often as the kids love the boba. This last visit on a Sunday morning though we ended up waiting 25 minutes for three drinks. I'm guessing some people got online orders in ahead of us but this was really frustrating. They always seem a little slow and understaffed but this was an excessive wait. Definitely don't go here if you are expecting a drink on the go. The Hawaiian tea is fruity and refreshing, the strawberry smoothies are a favorite, the super freshly coffee is strong but, never tastes minty when we add mint. I've only ordered online for pickup at this location for their drink offerings so far. I hope to try other items they offer soon and get a chance to stay inside. Ordering online was very easy to do. Right outside the building is a large parking lot. It is next to several businesses so it can be a busy area, especially at peak times of the day. When I went to pick up my order, inside was clean and the workers were friendly and professional. I ordered two drinks - a Thai Tea (Grey) and a Passionfruit Green Tea (yellow). Both are great, I did first come here for their Thai Tea - Grey and it did not disappoint. I will keep coming back for this as it is one of my faves! They do have free punch cards as well. Absolutely loved the signature milk tea during my visit here. It was a bit pricey but with all the toppings that are in it, it makes sense. Definitely was the best item I had here. The pudding and boba in it were fantastic and it had a strong tea flavor. The other drink I got here was a toffee black tea with milk. I don't think I would get this one again though as the toffee flavor tasted really artificial. Would definitely stick with the other strictly milk tea options. Service here was great. My sister and I wanted to check out this place since it just opened recently. The actual inside is super cute and clean, and the staff were very kind and answered all of our questions. I ordered the Earl Grey Chocolate Milk Tea with boba; I don't drink milk, but the staff explained that they use a non-dairy creamer, so there's actually no milk in the drinks. The milk tea itself was actually good, and the chocolate flavor with the earl grey surprisingly was a great combo! They also have nice seating areas to sit/study; my sister and I were bullet journaling there, and it was really nice! Unfortunately, I don't think I'll return because we both got awful stomach aches after leaving (she ordered the Thai Tea). I'm not sure if it was because an ingredient was bad/there actually was milk in the drinks, but one of our other friends also had the same reaction. We all ordered boba in our drinks, so it might be that, since our friend said that she was fine when she ordered the lychee jelly. This place is a little bit out-of-the-way for me, but whenever I am in the area, I always make sure I make a stop. Going up in Taiwan this place has flavors that resembles my childhood. I love the texture of the Boba. I don't think that most places make the texture correctly, but this place has nailed it down. The atmosphere of the shop is very cute and create a environment for you to lounge. They also have toy claw machines where you can play, which is a very common thing all over Asia. Service is friendly. I really like the staff there. I think the only reason why I don't give it. A five star is because some of the flavors they have are not as good as the traditional flavors. Some of the flavors only have a set sweetness that you cannot adjust so that's a bummer. read more

Not my cup of tea. The boba texture was horrible. Not at all QQ. Almost felt like they had it soaking it in hot liquid for too long and it came out all mushy. Their milk tea base has no tea flavor or at least it was overpowered by the milk, which I assume was condensed milk. At 30% I felt like I was drinking chocolate milk. read more
