When we walked in, there was a massive line at the counter, but we lucked out and spotted a self-service ordering kiosk tucked over by the crane machines, so we bypassed the wait and put our order in there. Unfortunately, there was a really strong tobacco smell hanging right in that specific area. It didn't seem like there was very good air flow at all, so the odor just kind of sat there while we waited. On the positive side, our drinks were made incredibly fast! My husband ordered a lemonade drink that ended up being very sweet but strangely lacking in any actual lemon flavor. Great place for boba and poke bowls! The staff are friendly and there is a fair amount of seating inside. I like how there are non dairy boba options that are still creaming. I like how some of the drinks use real fruit. You can also adjust your sugar level and ice level. The strawberry milk tea and super fruit punch boba are my go to. My husband likes the fizz boba drinks which is basically sparkling water with flavoring and boba which is different/unique from other boba shops I've seen in MN. Nice place with good decor. Ambience feels homie and a cafe vibe. The shop has a nice overall decor theme but my only critique would be the Togo food and drinks reach in refrigerators- I know they want to sell grab and go items but you have a nice decor then you have these metal sliver grab and go refrigerators that make sit tacky. Drinks : Signature milk tea- too me drinking a lot of boba milk teas, this one taste good but taste like cheap black tea. Over all lack of depth in flavor from the black tea flavor that would be balance out by the sugar and milk. Jasmine milk tea with boba- this one tastes the most bland- the green or jasmine tea is cheap or cheaper tea because I could barely taste any green tea taste. So overall not well made with quality tea. Overall experience- nice boba shop but the drinks could be better. Will give another try to see the if it was just that day. read more

It was my first time at Nice 2 Meet Cha! My family had already ventured here for boba a few months prior. My teen said it's her favorite place and she would go on a date here. The interior wasn't as cute as some of the other boba shops I had been in, but it seemed comfortable. There was a line of people waiting to order and 4-5 employees working. That's a good sign. They also serve poke bowls and they looked awesome. So many ingredients to chose from! I got a strawberry Macha tea latte 50% sweet and my teen got the Strawberry Cheese Slush. She liked the creaminess of this and reminded her of a strawberry milkshake. Her favorite still is the Super Fruit Punch. The matcha strawberry latte was tasty. I loved how they asked the sweetness level (25/50/75/100/125%). I wish they would ask the milk choices as well. Not sure if either of us could have done almond milk or not. I visited the Nice 2 Meet Cha, new boba tea and poke shop in Maple Grove, today and I was so glad I did! The shop is in a shopping area right off of Elm Creek Boulevard . There is plenty of parking as it is part of a larger shopping center. The inside space is adorable! There are tables and booths inside and a few outside seating options if the weather is nice. The decor is neutral and inviting giving it a cozy feel to catch up with friends or enjoy a lunch of poke. Making our way to the counter the employees were very friendly. If it's your first time ordering bubble tea it could be a little overwhelming but the menu made it very easy to choose what you wanted. You can customize sweetness from 0-125% and add toppings to any drink. We got the strawberry slush with cheese top and the dirty brown sugar with boba. We also ordered the omega bowl with a protein substitution that was no problem at all. The bowls and drinks are all made fresh and you can watch them assemble while you wait. The machine that closes the boba is especially entertaining for the kids if they've never seen it before! Everything we ordered was delicious and very filling. I ended up taking about 1/2 the bowl to go as leftovers. Walking out we declared this place somewhere we want to return soon and I think my family already knows what drink they want to try next! This is such a yummy bubble tea place! I have yet to try the poke so I will only speak on the drinks there. The drinks are amazing, they taste delicious. Everything I've had there so far I have loved, but an absolute favorite is the iced strawberry matcha latte with popping bobas. It is a current obsession of mine and I have gotten a few friends hooked on it as well, because it is that good! The shop itself is cute, very spacious, plenty of sitting space. It seems like there's confusion sometimes with the lines because people wait for their drinks/poke by the door and new comers think that's the line to order. That's the only downside I can think of to that place. The people that work there are very friendly and nice, they are always kind. I haven't had any small talk with them before but they are so respectful of each other and customers in their work space. Also, I love the cups. This is my go-to bubble tea place! I've taken a few friends here, and they absolutely loved it as well. Great, fast, and friendly service. The drinks are amazing, and I am definitely interested in trying different drinks, because usually I just stick to the dirty mango with the mango popping boba and soy milk. I tried the tuna bowl and it tasted amazing. The dressing was light and flavorful. High in protein which was what I was looking for. The portion size was a lot bigger than what I expected. Flavors are good for the drinks however, the boba pearls itself are always hard and not soft at all. I've tried to give the tapioca boba pearls multiple chances but they're never soft.
