The large is definitely a large size bigger than any other milk tea place I've ordered from! The pearl milk tea is delicious and refreshing, they don't offer pudding add in- that's ok! But also like the Red velvet cheesecake!! read more

I was so happy to discover there is a bubble tea place in this shopping centre, that is, until I tried the fresh strawberry bubble tea. It did not taste like it was made with actual strawberries as there was no strawberry fruit texture and the flavour tasted like some sort of syrup. So, the drink was more like partial slush and partial milk shake. There wasn't much tapioca pearls and they were on the harder and chewier side. Nonetheless, the drink was refreshing; just not the natural fruit flavour I was expecting. $6 for a medium = $6.90 after tax. A bit too pricey for this quality. read more

This was a good place for like a one or two trying thing, but the bubble tea wAs very hard a chewing when getting the smoothies they don't Taste fresh and when my boyfriend and I go there we asked for small and they always give us a medium but we are paying for a small but then when we get a receipt and a time for pay it says that we paid for medium or they would say you get a medium but you're only paying for a small but really they charge us for medium and gave us a medium but we asked for small and it just makes me so mad that they keep trying to rip us off my boyfriend is not the type to say anything but I am, I will NOT be getting anything from them they are also veey very over priced for they're qualit! read more

I've had bubble tea many places on the planet and they have all followed the same basic formula (tea, flavouring/sweetener, shaken with ice then poured into a cup with the 'bubbles'). Not here. I asked for a coconut bubble tea which was listed on the menu as one of the flavours available. The guy put a drop of tea into a cup, loaded a blender with ice and some coconut milk, blended it to a bland, tasteless mush, poured it into a cup and handed it to me. I tasted it because I thought maybe this was just a different way of making the same thing. No, it was bland, tasteless frozen mush. I returned and inquired whether I had miscommunicated my order. The employee insisted this was bubble tea. I told him I'd had bubble tea around the world and had never had it like this. At this point good customer service would have been to say, 'Sorry you didn't like that, can we make you something else?' But this guy just dismissed me as if I was crazy. Like, oh well, too bad. I then specifically asked him to make a different drink for me because the ice mush was not worth the $6 I had paid. He reluctantly started to make the new drink I ordered (tea with mango flavouring, easy). Again he begins loading a blender with ice. I stopped him and told him I didn't want a slushie. He seemed incredulous when I said I wanted the tea NOT blended with ice, just some ice cubes floating in it. He shook his head and muttered to himself while he made it and handed me an unsweetened, unflavoured tea. Great. I could have made that for myself at home. By this point I was late to be somewhere so I just left but I will not be going back. On a side note, it might also help if the staff they employ could speak and understand English. read more

The most awful, disgusting low class bubble tea me and my friends ever had. We got sick after trying their so-called "FRESHLY SQUEEZED" Damn! the only thing fresh was the small sliced of fruit they put in the blender, then mixed with artificial flavorings and bunch of ice cubes. No gloves, no mask and we didn't even see if the guy washes his hands. The tapioca pearls were as HARD as a gummy bears put in the fridge. THEY DON'T EVEN COVER IT, It's exposed to all dirt, dust and bacteria, all the germs floating around the place already went there in the container. The berry ad ons, or what we called "popping boba" the texture was f* disgusting and taste sucks too. I saw people bought Taro! How in the world would a POWDERED FLAVORING be called FRESH!? The price is too expensive for a drink that is not worth paying for. I won't recommend it. I hope the 2 Indian couples (owners) should maintain the proper way of managing their stall.
