I also made a comment about how loud their blizzard mixing machine is. It's way louder than it used to be. I think there's something wrong with it, so I did stand there until the lady was through with the machine so I could place my order, because I actually don't want to be screaming inside Dairy Queen! I would recommend anytime you get your order to step over to an empty table and check your order. I've gotten home too many times where food is missing or they didn't cook it to order. Honestly, I'm about to stop visiting this Dairy Queen. There's one 2 miles further down the road, but like everyone else, I want to go to the one closest to my house... That's about to become a non-issue; a little further drive is OK with me, if you get employees that are actually nice and smile instead of having a sour puss face that looks at you like their ticked off at the world and don't want to be there. We were the only customers in the building when we arrived. our food came out on a melted tray that couldn't sit flat on the table. Every table in the whole building needed to be cleaned and wiped off with a wet towel. there wasn't any food left on the tables but they all had crumbs, debris and spots of splatters from drinks or ketchup on them. I'm not exaggerating honestly! We looked around at all of them. The young girl who came to wipe down the table only spot cleaned it. didn't wet the whole table at all and didn't wipe down the whole surface. She wiped what she could see from her own perspective and then walked away. I asked her to please come wipe it down again and she sprayed the one area I pointed out proceeded to leave so I asked if I can have the spray and I could clean it myself but she refused to let me do it. She wiped one more spot scraped it off with her fingernail then said it's just missing paint. That one spot does have 6 spots of missing paint that looks like but the rest of the table is still dirty because she didn't clean the whole thing. I'm glad we aren't still having a Covid epidemic problem, because this place would be prime location to catch it! Then I I heard her telling the kitchen staff that table was clean and I was nitpicking. I had always loved Texas burger but I don't anymore! Especially not this location! and I'll be sure to tell my family and friends about this dirty location. Since they do this out here where we can see it I wonder what the kitchen looks like.
