It's a Dairy Queen lol. Good burgers and sides. Pretty fast service for the amount of traffic they get. One of our go to spots.

I went inside because they take so long at the window. When I got inside and nobody was in line at the register, I thought this would be a fast order and out of there. The lady that was supposed to be at the register was walking around doing who knows what, and when she comes to the register, she just looks at me. She doesn't say hi how are you, can I take your order, how are you today! All she does is look at me. I told her I was looking for something on the menu and could she tell me where it's at because I wasn't having any luck finding it. She just stands there and looks at me like I have no idea what I'm talking about. So, since she wasn't any help, I told her what I wanted and asked about what came with the chicken strip dinner. She had no idea what I was talking about, and I know she speaks English because I've been there before and her English is fine. I told her to make sure that she told the Cook that I wanted the chicken strip dinner with an extra cup of gravy, and the burger that I was ordering I asked her to let the Cook also know that I wanted that burger well done. She didn't repeat the order, she didn't ask me if there was anything else I needed. She didn't say "that will be x amount of dollars or anything. She just stood there waiting for me to pay. I also made a comment about how loud their blizzard mixing machine is. It's way louder than it used to be. I think there's something wrong with it, so I did stand there until the lady was through with the machine so I could place my order, because I actually don't want to be screaming inside Dairy Queen! I would recommend anytime you get your order to step over to an empty table and check your order. I've gotten home too many times where food is missing or they didn't cook it to order. Honestly, I'm about to stop visiting this Dairy Queen. There's one 2 miles further down the road, but like everyone else, I want to go to the one closest to my house... That's about to become a non-issue; a little further drive is OK with me, if you get employees that are actually nice and smile instead of having a sour puss face that looks at you like their ticked off at the world and don't want to be there. I went back because my fries were cold/room temperature. The gravy had been filled half way up. The General Manager came to the window passed off at me. She said that everything was hot that. she made sure if it. Well I started recording her with my phone that's when she toned it down. Well she agreed to fill the gravy and to give me hot toast and fries. I had quit recording at this point.. I told I'm sorry but sometimes people make mistakes and you just gotta admit to it. first off they're employees are RUDE and do not care !! Last time we came there was a hair in the blizzard we told the lady she just scooped the top off of the ice cream and handed it back .. THEN this time we ask for extra fudge and get this ask to make sure she heard extra fudge bc it don't look like it at all and she gave us the worse attitude saying it was then proceeded to giggle with the manger that didn't even want to help fix the situation either !! We sat in line for an hour only to be treated rudely and like we were stupid. I wanted to take my girls our for a nice treat this evening. When we got to Dairy Quren the speaker was broken. No big deal it happens. What I didn't understand is why it took an hour for the 3 cars in front of us to be completed. Typically if a speaker is broken you take an order, park the car and move along to the next order. When we finally got to the window we watched many people walking around laughing and chatting it up. Come on, these people should be waiting at the window for the next in line when a speakers broken. When the worker finally came to the window she was completely rude. Didn't apologize for our wait but instead presented herself in the manner of we were bothering here. When my husband started the order she was like oh we don't have that anymore. Then why is it on your menu? My husband choosing something else then moves onto the next item on our order. The Choco Brownie Extreme. She says we don't have brownie. My husband then repeats himself and she says something along the lines of you want brownie? Did you not just say you didn't have brownie. Went to get 2 simple blizzards. When I get there it sounds like kids playing on the headset at the drive-thru, and what do you know? My order is wrong. I don't expect much, but at least teach the young employees to pay attention. I don't wanna go back and fight with kids to fix my order. Just do better next time. Saturday evening and I was craving some chicken strips and what better stop than at my nearest DQ! I arrived at this Dairy Queen at around 10pm last night and there was no wait to order in line and our food was ready in about 10 minutes or less, not too bad for a DQ, of course it wasn't busy either. Chicken strip basket is a favorite of mine here and also added a taco for a buck, can't go wrong. Friendly employees, great food and a blizzard to go and I'm a fan! Also this DQ went through a remodel a couple years back and has a very modern feel to it both inside and out, be sure to enjoy the outdoor patio during a mild summer night, local favorite! read more

This is a minor issue but this is a pet peeve of mine. So I went through the drive thru and I'm greeted with "Order when ready." Reminds me of Grand Moff Tarkin on episode of Star Wars: A New Hope when he gives the order to fire the Death Star's primary weapon by saying "You may fire when ready." Lol but all joking aside, I can't say I'm surprised by this kind of greeting. We live in a day and age where showing manners and treating people with respect is very rare. Much less giving a proper greeting. I'm sure this happens at many fast food places. But, that doesn't make it acceptable. Stop being lazy. Give customers a proper, friendly, and professional greeting. I worked in fast food 15 years ago and I did work drive thru all the time. If I gave a greeting like that, I would've been verbally reprimanded for it a couple of times no doubt and then fired if I kept doing it. read more

Blizzards are great, it is in a good location, it is nice inside, the employees like to talk to the customers, and the food taste good.

I usually don't like burgers, but the #1 with Jalitos is so freaking good. I also love almost all of the blizzards. Always fast and friendly service. read more

Horrible service! Waited 30min for 2 blizzards. They weren't empty but they weren't busy either. Not once did I see any of the staff try to move faster! They all walked extremely slow and even stopped and chatted with each other despite the fact that there were quite a few obviously unhappy customers waiting on there orders. Horrible horrible horrible. When a person orders a blizzard it is supposed to be THICK AS IN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO HOLD UPSIDE DOWN TO SHOW ITS THICKNESS!!! I just ordered 3 of them and all were very liquid. I drank mine with a straw and found it to be very unsatisfying i would call and complain but the mgr is lazy and would do nothing anyway.
