Nice clean place . They have a great selection of toppings so I was very happy. Customer service was good. Not a good experience. There are limited flavors and it is extremely expensive for what you get. Try other places.

Asked if I needed a receipt and hit No before I could answer that yes, I needed the receipt then she couldn't print me one. This was a work expense that I will have to pay for now. No public bathrooms. read more

This is my to-go spot for Frozen yogurt. I like that they don't constantly change their flavors, so it is easy to have a favorite. The facility is clean, but the women's bathroom smells bad. It has been busy every time I have been here, but not overly so. It is still possible to find seating for multiple people. This place unlike many other froyo places I've been to, do not weigh the cup. Each cup size is a set price. So it doesn't matter how much you pile up on your cup, it is going to be the price of whatever cup size. read more

This location has really gone down hill. Half the yogurt dispensers don't function properly. The toppings are also now self-serve which is pretty disgusting because I saw twice during my visit, people licking their fingers and proceeding to touch the serving spoon. read more

Me & my boyfriend had a really good experience last night with the help or chazy (I think the name it's not well spelled ) but I really recommend this place she was very friendly & really helpful before I was even finishing she had already charged my boyfriend lol & I was kinda surprise because most yogurt places the weight what you put in the container & not on this one. When I asked for a mango tea she did I great without saying she offered to put some mango little balls the have for the yogurt witch really surprise me it was great read more

I wish I could give zero stars. Out of 16 flavors 8 were out or not working. Since it's a hot Saturday in summer I can overlook this. However when we walked in the only employee we saw was at a table eating pizza with what looked like her parents. Then another lady showed up at the register to help check out. The First Lady then got up went outside came back in and starting messing with the toppings counter and spoons/tongs. She then went and swept the floor then emptied the dust pan and went to her phone and lastly register duty. After this her guests left and she said goodbye. Then she went back to cleaning toppings and using spoons to take the wrong topping out of other containers. She dropped one of the spoons in the garbage and looked around quickly then grabbed it tapped it on the edge of the counter and put it right back in the topping. When we confronted her about this she said she didn't drop it in the trash that it fell in a new box that was on top of the trash and wasn't dirty. Then she went quickly into the back and did not come back out. Complaint has been submitted to corporate. Eat at your own risk. Not one employee washed or sanitized their hands while we were there. An off duty employee stood behind the counter chatting went into the back and came out got yogurt and left at the same time as us to her handicapped parking spot without a sticker or placard. read more

This was probably my worst experience in a frozen yogurt shop ever. I went in tonight with my grandfather and my son. First of all, there were 3 girls behind the counter and not a single one of them could look up from their phones to say hello. Second of all, there was toppings all over their DISGUSTING sticky floor. We got our yogurt and got up to the register and the total was 7.04. My grandfather hands the young girl a $20 and then realized he had the 4 cents. He reaches for his wallet and while he's not looking, the girl (I believe her name was Lauren, I looked on the register screen) rolls her eyes at him!!! I had to hold my tongue extremely hard to not cause a huge scene. NOT TO MENTION HE STILL GAVE HER A TIP AFTER HER RUDENESS. We sat down at a little table and it was a sticky mess. I didn't even want my son touching anything. I kept a close eye on how these employees treated the other customers the rest of the time I was there and it turns out, they're rude to everyone! A different girl rolled her eyes at another customer. They couldn't get off their phones to save their lives. And just when I thought it couldn't get worse, the little girl in jean shorts sat her BUTT on the counter by the blender. This is literally the worst customer service I've ever seen. Orange Leaf, hire some people that actually want to work and not little girls with nothing but attitude. Their vibe made the place suck. read more

I've enjoyed coming here with my kids, but I was surprised to see how unprofessional some of the staff members were. The frozen yogurt was still delicious, but their behavior made me not want to ever return. When I walked in, one of them was talking loudly in front of the machines about a heated argument he'd been having with someone, and his whole demeanor made me think he was an obnoxious customer at first, not an employee. Then, as I was sitting down with my kids with our frozen yogurt, these employees were openly eating frozen yogurt from the machines in the lobby and behind the counter, and one of them was SITTING on the counter next to the toppings as he continued his loud conversation. You could see their belongings piled on the front counter, along with their food and drinks. It was just such a tacky, unsanitary environment to be in. I think management needs to have a discussion with these employees on professionalism and just straight up cleanliness. I'll just hold off or go somewhere else altogether next time I want frozen yogurt. read more
