I've noticed there are less options as far as catering/plastic food trays, bowls, and serve-ware. But they now have costumes and accessories year-round, and still have everything you'll need for every standard holiday and season. Prices are still pretty decent, and service has always been great. I've always managed to find what I need here, and get in/out with minimal frustration. I'm glad PartyWorks is still here, and recommend them for anyone looking for decorations, costumes, party favors, or other party/holiday themed pieces of flair to make their event extra festive!

Due to the item I wanted to purchase the only one left and was markdown at $4.97. Instead of the cashier correcting the issue to adjust the price they declined. The item was scanning at the regular price $19.99. I informed the cashier to call the manager on duty for assistance. Accordingly to the law, the store have to adjust the price to what is marked on the item. The manager at the time was off site and no assistance. Overall, I had to pay full price $21.63 for an item that was markdown at $4.97 and no assistance was provided from any team member.

The nieces already knew what they wanted to be. Niece 1 a Wednesday and Niece 2 Tails. They had both costumes that would be easy to find. The costumes are expensive but you can't put a price on the memories created with them! We had fun just playing around in the store and trying on masks as you can see. The staff was very friendly and they even had sales going on. However, party city costumes are a lot cheaper. Started looking around and not seeing much for what I wanted. A nice worker, Andy came up to me and offered to help. I asked him if they had Dorothy goods, besides the costume. He showed me the basket and said they have red shoes too. Not what I wanted. I asked about jewels and makeup to decorate and he showed me a good amount. Lots of makeup, but don't really need that either. He was still, very kind and happy to help. Appreciated! I ended up getting jewels, just to get something and donate. I had another worker offer to help too. Checkout was simple. Paid for order and wished a good day! Not much Dorothy goods, but very much appreciated the good service. Last week! I go in to make a return for a white corset top that I barely even tried on and this lady is already set on telling me no. I kept the receipt and tag on because when I purchased a different lady told me before the 17th that i could get a refund back if nothing worked out. There was a minor stain on there that was probably there from before because when i put it on i didn't even have it nowhere near my face i buttoned it from the side of my body. Not to mention the security guard literally told the lady that some other girl the other day made the same return I did. Idk why she was so set on telling me no but that store gave me mixed signals and I lost out on 34 bucks on something i can't wear because they don't have fitting rooms. I really hope they can learn something from these reviews because I love the store but the workers are always mean.
