Had an excellent experience as Wedgewood helped us with our wedding. They were very communicative during the whole process, and went the extra mile, especially on the big day. Working with Wedgewood was an easy process. They supported all of our "What we want is ..." requests and dealt with all of the "How are we going to ..." questions. Their group of related vendors (flowers, cake, DJ, officiant, etc.) were exceptional, and fit in perfectly well with each other. They made it very simple and straightforward for us to pick out what all we wanted (colors, decor, schedule, etc.) and pulled it all together for us behind the scenes. Beyond that, on the evening of the wedding, they were amazingly attentive. Everyone on the team was readily available, yet never in our face. Review I have so many wonderful things to say about Wedgewood. Starting with the planning process they were the most helpful team in the sales office from the start. They did a wonderful job of answering all questions, scheduling a tour, and thoroughly explaining how everything works especially considering I was a bride who had never been a part of a wedding before and had not attended more than 1 in my life. Having the sales team on my side for the planning was the biggest lifesaver I could have ever dreamed of. The packages they offer are methodical in making the stress of planning such a huge important event disappear. I had the great pleasure of working with Kara for planning and the day of the wedding. Kara was caring, kind, and always responded quickly with anything we needed. Wedgewood also has the best recommendations of vendors that I could have possibly asked for. I used their Officiant Sam, their Photographer Capture Life, and their Dj AMS entertainment. Each and every one of them went above and beyond expectations to make my dreams come true for the most perfect and magical day possible. The venue was gorgeous and decorated perfectly to give that elegant feel with enough parking for all guests and plenty of space for dancing and fun! We had access to private Bride and Groom rooms hours before the event so we could get ready at the venue and even do photographs before the wedding. While in the get ready room we had drinks, snacks and help from everyone to make sure everything was on track and going smoothly. The ceremony was beautiful and was nicely coordinated to go smoothly and look effortless. The officiant took time and effort to talk to Bride and Groom during the planning process to give a heartfelt and authentic ceremony that we had always wanted. Every one of my guests has mentioned to me how amazing the cocktail hour appetizers were along with the food that was served for dinner! Everyone went home very satisfied and full from the delicious food! We chose the turkey and Salmon for dinner and did an upgrade for the appetizers that we got to hand pick also. They had a backup plan for the ceremony in case the weather was going to be too much for guests to sit outside during the ceremony. They went over the backup plans in full detail with me and I felt confident that everything would be handled if needed. We got just enough time without rain to do the ceremony outside but it made me feel so much better to know that they could handle anything that happened that day. Everyone loved the Photo Booth so much it was busy the entire time also. I was able to fully enjoy the wedding and not stress or worry about anything. I'm so incredibly lucky to have had such a wonderful team that supported and helped make our wedding the most memorable night of my life. Amber and the entire Fresno Fields team were amazing! From Day 1, Amber was so energetic, excited, and helpful through the wedding planning process. She was so knowledgeable and expertly answered any questions we might have had. When she wasn't sure, she wrote a note to find out for us and would let us know within a couple of days so that we could continue to plan. Leading up to our wedding, Amber kept us calm and collected, reminding us that it was our special day and that we should be excited for it instead of stressed. She handled so many responsibilities for us on the venue end that we felt a huge load off of our shoulders during the whole process! During our rehearsal, Amber was on top of everything we needed to rehearse and fluidly adapted to our requests. Now the day of our wedding - we arrived early to get ready for our special day and Amber was already there, prepping the ceremony and reception areas to the specifications that we had requested! Double and triple checking, Amber made sure that our day would go on without a hitch. She was juggling so many things but made sure to be available to use whenever we had questions or concerns, and always had her amazing smile and energy showing throughout! During the wedding, Amber and the rest of the Fresno Fields team were beyond amazing. I don't think words can describe how amazing they were because if getting married was an annual occasion, we would be going through Fresno Fields every year! The Wedgewood team was truly amazing to work with. We made a last minute switch from our caterer about a month prior for our offsite wedding on 10/23/21. Wedgewood really came through for us. Roman and the team understood the importance of food quality and presentation that we were expecting. Their attention to detail and their experience really put our minds at ease. The difference in our tasting experience alone was night and day. Wedgewood's tasting was far more detailed and more enjoyable then what we had experienced with our previous caterer. Roman and Yadira were professional and so easy to work with. You can tell they both have many years of experience and are truly wedding experts. Yadira helped us with our day of details and covered all the important details. We went from being stressed out about our catering for our wedding to feeling very content and stress-free when we started to work with Wedgewood. Wedgewood worked with us to customize our menu and really helped make our special day just truly incredible. The wait staff were professional and courteous to all of our guests and even a few months now after our wedding we are still hearing compliments from our guests about how amazing the food was. My cousin in law had her wedding here and it's quite nice during spring. They have a nice "alter" where the ceremony takes place. It's elevated and has a beautiful circular design in the back. It's a beautiful area to take pictures. This venue is pretty large. They had 13 tables laid out and it was still very spacious. They venue has a nice dance floor. The area where the bride and groom sits has little lights in there background which is so cute. It was buffet style where everyone gets up and get their own food. The food was pretty good and a good variety of salad. Overall no complaints. read more

Attended a friend's wedding at this venue a few months ago, and I was genuinely impressed by the organization and attentiveness of the staff. I, myself, had my wedding at a Wedgewood venue (but in socal), so I have an idea of what the wedding planning process with Wedgewood is like. I can't speak on my friend's experience as a bride, but as a wedding guest, everything seemed very organized. The day-of wedding coordinator and her team worked well together to keep things organized and checked in my friend and her husband from time to time throughout the wedding. My friend had a daytime wedding, and the staff was successful in transforming the dance floor to a nighttime feel (covered the windows). There were also giant games like connect four and a beanbag toss game -- definitely something unique and fun for guests! Parking was plentiful and was not an issue as there is a private lot for it. This review is long overdue as we got married here some time ago. I keep forgetting to send them a thank you card as our experience was superb so hopefully this review will serve as a token of my appreciation. First of all, this place is as all-inclusive as you want it to be. They provide everything from a photographer, wedding cake, catering, day-of-wedding planner/coordinator, DJ, even decorations. I brought my own photographer and own decorator but they provided everything else and it couldn't have been better. My wedding preparation and the actual day were not stressful at all. I picked out the color scheme/theme, different kinds of chairs and tablecloths, appetizers and entrées, and arrangements of guests and order of events and songs to play at the venue with a designated coordinator. And they sent me to a bakery in town for the cake and the cake turned out beautiful and tasty (the venue takes care of the delivery and setup). We also got a discount because we got married in off season and food for the children was free (from kid's menu)! The day of the wedding went smoothly and service was impeccable. The outdoor wedding area is pretty and the reception hall is nice, which apparently can accommodate upto 200+ guests. Both the appetizers and the entrées were so good and all of our guests commented on how good the food was. We planned our wedding with Wedgewood in less than 3 months and it was just so convenient and easy, and yet it was still so special and perfect for what we envisioned for our wedding. I highly recommend this place especially if you don't enjoy all the details and effort for wedding planning like me and if you don't have too much time to plan, but still want a nice traditional wedding. read more

Okay, Finally writing my review. Sigh. Like the other brides who talked about COVID-19 changing the complete direction of the company I truly experienced this. I booked in January of 2020. Set my date and initially worked with Tami we had set deals in motions I was EXCITED. I was that bride that CONSISTENLY checked in and tried to work hand and hand. So COVID hits. I truly never hear from them because I am not a COVID bride (my date was for June 26th 2021) In November close to December I get a text that I need to pay close to 4,000 dollars. NOW take in mind I had not heard from them in months, so I was very confused. When I tried to call them I then found out that Tammi was no longer there (confused as to why that would not be communicated). So we started to work with someone new (Hi Yadira!) Yadira was amazing. Really, when I explained to her that COVID had hit us hard she tried her best to ensure that everything was going to happen the way I planned. I was able to get in contact with the regional manager Roman, because Wedgewood had a policy that you could not cancel further than 6 weeks before the wedding, which was frustrating to me because imagine EVERYONE canceling and then I wouldn't be able to choose a date, so Roman called me and we worked out things to choose a date and get a new contract. We were even able to use my Husbands military discount. Now while working with Roman and Yadira, things were MOVING. There wasn't an email unanswered or phone call not returned. I went to Wedgewood numerous of times to check in (remember I said I was that Bride). SIMILAR to another bride, I found out that they scheduled a wedding before mine FOUR months before. This was never discussed. I had over 180 guest and I knew my wedding required extra attention. This prompted me to ask questions. Do I still get a bridal suite? Will the event be clean? How much time in between weddings? DO I NEED A DAY OF COORDINATOR? (Remember this question) Here are the answers, Since another wedding was booked, I can only use the bridal suite after 4, the event will be clean (that was a fact it was clean), I had TWO hours between weddings, and NO we are experts in planning, no need to hire anyone else. I have the texts and emails to verify this. I kept calling, texting and emailing I randomly met Sandra while showing my best friend that venue. I was so excited because I asked her 1000 questions and she reassured me that everything would be okay. She played out how she would set everything up and then I left feeling confident. I call the Wedgwood office and ask to speak to meet with Sandra. She does not work there anymore. I meet to new people Brittany and Amber (Hi Guys!). We meet, text, talk... they understand that I am that bride. Rehersal: When you book with Wedgwood for a weekend wedding your rehearsal will probably be on Thursday . I met C and Yadira was there. NOW.. a couple of my bridesmaids are in the wedding/party planning industry, so they start telling me... "Ash the younger girl doesnt really know what she's doing" Im on cloud9 so I don't pay attention. However, my cousin and sister end up doing majority of the planning. Which scared me a little. Wedding: HERE WE GO. I get there at 4 as promised for the room.the other wedding is still going on. No big deal, Im on cloud nine. C is now my day of coordinator. HOWEVER, I bring in my own day of coordinator because something is telling me they are off.. the turn over in employees.the two weddings, I bring in someone to decorate. During that C is checking in.very nice girl. She asks for the rings before we go out. I walk down and there are no rings. I would think that since she asked for it she would know to give it either to the maid of honor or the best man .My wedding coordinator offers to help C with things after she notices she's not doing things. *She then tells my day of coordinator that it is her first day* NOW like I said I am that detail oriented bride, why do this to me? Food: Good but some of my guest (Veg) got food 1hr late. Bar: Shut down 2-3 times. The Ceremony. Mics didn't work (on my dj) we ended up speaking loud. I am okay with that. The ceremony was magical.A couple of guest complained that they didnt have someone directing them where to walk down the isle, my in laws came in on the side. I would figure our day of coordinator would do that. The S**t show is really the reception. Im limited on the # of words I can write on yelp, but what I can say is even after a day of plan was made, C didn't have it. literally, I went in the back 3 times to find her. One of the reasons she said she was not there was because she was on lunch. The owner of Wedgewood has reached out along with other employees to apologize. That was big to me. Thanks, Bill, Roman, Yadira, Ebony, Brittany & Amber and the other woman who tried to help. I cried intially but now I realize I had a beautiful day through some bad. We recently had a memorial service at Wedgewood. Besides being right off the freeway, which was very convenient for guests, it was also a beautiful venue. The outside area is beautiful, lush and very private. The ballroom inside is beautiful, the draping on the ceiling really enhances the room. The room is very neutral, which allows you to use any color you want. The staff was extremely polite, helpful and proactive. On top of all of that, the food was absolutely delicious. Our family had an amazing time for my sisters wedding and highly recommend working with this group of people! They were very helpful on the actual wedding day and the feedback I got was they didn't let our families set up anything because they wanted to make sure we had a great time and didn't have to work at all! A beloved family member passed away recently and the process of planning the funeral and the grief at our loss almost overwhelmed us. But; our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, friend never allowed herself to be down for any leng of time and nor could we. With only limited time and no experience I began calling Venues to schedule a repast for close friends and family to honor her memory. I stopped when I received a response from Wedgewood Weddings. Brittany's warmth was immediately evident as she worked with me to set everything in place. She responded respectfully when I requested changes or substitution on a menu item for children. On arrival at the venue on the date of the repast, we were greeted immediately by a young lady with an amazing smile. I originally was supposed to have my wedding at weddgewood on 12.5.20. Once covid hit, I did not hear from wedgewood regarding what would happen in the event that covid would still be around in December, I would of liked to have heard from them that they would offer rescedules or reassurance that they would keep us informed. Right before my second deposit I received an email saying that since my wedding would be in December, covid would not be around at that time and my wedding would be good to go. How could they predict covid wouldn't be around. They just wanted my money. I was not going to keep paying them in case the state was shut down. Money is tight and I didn't want to lose more money. I ended up canceling before the second payment but they never gave me option to reschedule or work with me on a payment plan. I'm just sad that it didn't work out, I really wanted my wedding there. I'm giving a one star because there was no communication from them to reassure me of rescheduling or checking in. They as the business should have called their couples that booked with them in 2020 and say hey we wanted to let you know we are on your side, we will work with you in the event that your wedding cannot take place this year, we will make it happen when its safe to so, this isn't anyone fault that we are in a pandemic, let's come up with a game plan. read more

As we were considering caterers for our wedding, Tami and her crew at Wedgewood made us feel very comfortable in our meetings. She gave us advice on what to look for in linens, place settings, invitations, ect. And all we contracted her for was for the food! Being a gay couple, we came in contact with some caterers who were still "uncomfortable" with the whole gay wedding thing, and that's ok! We respect people's opinions and beliefs and in no way would push our love on them. However, when we met Tami, it was a welcome with open arms. She put together a meal that was well worth the price. I will admit, being a food junkie and the "No tasting" availability, I was a little scared of going with them. The day of the event, the appetizers were delicious! The salad and main meals were great! We had a combination of a Petite Filet Mignon and Chicken Marsala but the broccoli salad was the huge hit! Despite a super minor glitch in the serving (which was unnoticeable) the food and performance was superior! The bar service was well received by all the guests. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. If I could give zero stars, I would. Wedgewood weddings COMPLETELY ruined my wedding experience. When COVID hit and the state was shut down, I called to cancel. I was told that Wedgewood wasn't "doing" cancellations. My wedding was still months away, but over half of my guests had cancelled. To compromise, I asked for the price to be adjusted (for the lower guest count) and to also receive a refund in the event the state shut down again (due to COVID) and Wedgewood would not be able to hold the event. It didn't make sense to me to pay more money for something that may not happen. Wedgewood did not agree to the terms. I was not going to pay MORE money for nothing. I cited civil codes for Wedgewood that explicitly state Force Majeure (act of God) is enforced in the State of California regardless of being stated in a contract or not and I am entitled to my money back. Overall, I paid 3,000 and never picked out any linen colors or food items, nothing. My fiancé and I had the initial meeting and that was it. Absolutely DISGUSTED with the way this company operates. read more

My husband and I got married here on 1/24/15 and it was PERFECT! We have a1.5 year old so I didn't want to be responsible for planning a wedding so Wedgewood was perfect! We used the floral, cake, and DJ services. All three of which were awesome. May I mention that the Cake is still getting compliments from guests. Also the food, AHHHHMAZING! I very highly recommend the chicken cordon bleu. I got lots of compliments on it and people told me it was the best food they ever had at a wedding. Tami was very helpful and very cooperative with me adding and subtracting items until it was just the way we wanted it. At the wedding, I always had a drink in hand and never had to go to the bar once for myself or my husband. I can't say enough about this place. Our wedding was spectacular. Everyone was wonderful to us Tammy and Jodi were so great, helping and answering all the questions we had. They went above and beyond to make our day so very special. We had an 11:00am ceremony and we asked if we could come earlier than 9 to allow us more time to get ready and they made that happen. They offered suggestions and were always available to us for assistance. Lizzie was our coordinator and guided us thru our rehearsal. She and Ray the DJ worked together to make sure that the song I walked down to was on cue. She was awesome on our wedding day and made sure everything went smoothly. She checked up on me to make sure I had everything I needed. The mimosas helped me calm my nerves, the cheese and crackers and fruit were very nice. Zack was awesome, he escorted me from the bridal room to the gate, got me prepped along with Lizzie. Our reception was incredible. They listened to my directions and had all our decorations just the way I had always envisioned them to look. Everyone raved about the food, it was plentiful and so delicious. We had excellent service. We were so pleasantly surprised when Lizzie gave us a picture she took of us and placed it at our table. It was all the little things that made our day so wonderful. Ray did an outstanding job with the music, he played all the songs I had on our stylist and got everyone dancing. I'm beyond disgusted and disappointed of this locations customer service. Our wedding is scheduled for August 8, 2020. Due to Covid19, everything has been changed throughout my wedding details we DID NOT INITIALLY SIGN UP FOR. (PLEXI GLASS OVER FOOD, STAFF WEARING MASKS, REQUIRED ASSIGNED SEATING FOR CEREMONY AND RECEPTION & etc.) In April, we were promised a 20% discount if our wedding was to be postponed, however, in a phone call the following week, Tami, expressed that was false information given to us. I later contacted Office Regional, Roman Cota, he completely disregarded our concern of safety and health of our guests and attempted to reassure us that NO MASKS were needed due to our wedding event being a "PRIVATE PARTY". He said that he'd send me a Refund Request Form "to state my position" but insured me that there will be NO REFUND whatsoever. Keep in mind, we know 2 other couples that were given the 20% discount or to opt out completely that included a FULL REFUND. Be careful when choosing WedgeWood. They DO NOT care about their clients, WedgeWood is nothing more but greedy and can care less about taking care of the health and safety of their clients during this pandemic of COVID 19. read more

Note I did not have a wedding at their Venues. I had them do catering for my wedding at the Grand 1401 in downtown. They were on the list of preferred catering cause the building is older and requires staff to know how to move things around. I don't live in fresno but the WW fresno Ladies made email and phone calls easy! At one point I swear they were probably thinking I'm crazy (bride moment) But they were wondering to work with. They allowed my parents to do the tasting for us since we couldn't make it. Day of the wedding wait staff were amazing! They basically said what ever you need will do. They helped with small parts of the wedding that were not even in their job description. They even set up cupcakes from another company for me. I was given an awesome coordinator and I want to thank Wedgewood for everything. Nothing was rushed, it flowed so smoothly and I was always asked before we moved on to the next thing, for example; photos, cake, dances. I started late and it was not a problem, my coordinator had my back along the whole way, along with staff members helping her also, Chris, Rosa, etc... they were SO kind and very helpful. I can't even express my feelings enough because they made my night perfect as well. The bridal suite was so comfy and elegant. I loved the cheese and crackers platter and fruit and beverages. We love Wedgewood!!! We got married here 5 years ago & they took care of us to the very end! Tammi & Yadira & the rest of the staff were wonderfully pleasant & helpful throughout. The event was great, guests were happy, venue was fantastic, & food was delicious! They helped us achieve the prefect wedding! Fast forward to now, they granted me a favor since we were in town & coming up on our 5-year wedding anniversary...they allowed me to bring my wife to the venue (during a non-event time) with our little kids to reminisce on our very special day as I presented my wife with an anniversary gift at the altar. The staff were delighted to see us again & greeted us with open arms, asking how life has been & meeting our little ones. We refer Wedgewood to a lot of our family & friends who have gotten engaged & begin looking for a venue simply for the ease of having most of the vendors already lined up & ready for any event. I would give no stars. I heard this place is horrible and friend is scheduled to have a wedding here soon and I am appalled at their lack of sensitivity to the current NATIONAL PANDEMIC!!! They are forcing her to continue with her wedding and apparently don't "have to" abide city orders because they are a private venue. Apparently they are making every person with scheduled weddings this year continue with their wedding without cAncelling or rescheduling. My friend specifically told me that she wishes she never booked this place cause the employees are horrible. I'm surprised no one has tried to sue them yet. read more

I just got married here 3 days ago and all I can say is WOW. The team at Wedgewood did an amazing job not only the day of, but the 11 months leading up to it. They make the planning process incredibly easy and ensure that you have what you need throughout the night. The all-inclusive vendors are a lifesaver and make the process that much easier. I am so beyond pleased with my entire experience with Wedgewood! Tami and Jodi went above and beyond throughout the entire process to ensure vision came to life! Our banquet captain Brittany was so great and made sure we had all we needed on the day of. They all were so wonderful and our wedding was perfect! Everyone raved about how wonderful the food was! We had our wedding at wedgewood in Fresno on Valentine's Day. Everything was so beautiful. They put everything together perfectly and exactly how I wanted. The staff was so easy to communicate with and helped tremendously! Brittany, our day of coordinator, was amazing! I left some of my decor at home so I started panicking. Brittany was right by my side with a glass of champagne and helped me figure everything out. She was so calm and truly made our experience perfect. Jody was great at communicating with me throughout the planning process. The DJ was amazing as well. He would communicate with us throughout the wedding. The cake was beautiful and the floral was amazing and best of all no one can beat the price! We truly could not have asked for anything else. Just recently got married at Wedgewood and we loved the process to the wedding day, the price, and of course our big day was beautiful. We didn't have to do much and they took care of everything! Tami was great to work with and we had a wedding coordinator that comes with picking Wedgewood which was so helpful. I totally recommend to go check it out, won't regret! read more
