Brian was an extreme help. I had scheduled a cleaning for 2-4pm. I was on a time crunch and due to how busy the are they were needing extra time. I was a little frustrated since I'm in a bit of a time crunch. It's my own fault for scheduling stuff so closely but Brian and his team got it done is less then an hour. I blame th tech at UBREAKIFIX for telling me to sign up for insurance with Asurian (kickback?) instead of just telling me to replacing the 2nd Generation Apple Watch retail $125! - Asurian charged me two months premiums (because I had to be covered a min of 30 days to file a claim) then dragged out the claim process, once approved made me pay a $100 service fee so the total out of pocket wat almost $180 and it took nearly 8 weeks to get my new watch. I really feel taken by UBREAKIfix! They and Asurian worked together to get most out of me. read more

I've made over 6ish trips back and forth now, and they still have not been able to replace the battery on my Apple Watch properly. This last time they have had my watch for about a month. it as supposed to be done about 3 weeks ago.. still not done, it's on its third attempt now, just to replace a battery. I've had to call corporate for help.. This picture shows their first try. Honestly, thinking they don't know how to do the job or they wrecked it and are just hoping i give up. This phone repair business has no reviews viewable on Apple Maps because their reviews and service are unreputable. The business does not service their customers up to the basic expected standards. They often give inconsistent wait times and they do not communicate when they have your belongings in their care. I have taken my daughter's devices and it's been over a month since they have given me any update as to what is going on with the devices. I've called and only been left on hold, one time being left for 30+ minutes and then hung up on. Shall I receive no communication regarding the matter I will continue to direct friends and family elsewhere. The business is unwilling to cooperate. Do not take ur phone here your going to walk out with more issues then u came in with I came to replace my screens and my back glass, when I come back to get my phone there's glass in my camera lens, so he goes back to fix it "real quick". then when he comes he brings my phone and it's off so I wait till it's on then a minute later it turns off again, then my wireless charger on the back doesn't work then when I call someone or play music I the speaker sounds rattly now and now they wanna just replace my phone instead of fixing it. Tied calling twice. Each time I requested to speak with a real person as the automated assistant could not help me. Each time it transferred me and no one ever picked up/answered the forever ringing telephone line! The first time I was on hold for 10 minutes, the second time for 5 minutes! I would absolutely not recommend anyone come here for any services. I came in for a screen repair through insurance, and when I dropped off my phone, the manager inspected the device with me and confirmed that only the screen was damaged. At that time, there were no scratches on the body panel or anywhere else--it was practically a new phone with a cracked screen. Upon picking up the device, I immediately noticed scratches all over the front near the screen and brought it to the attention of the technician. The tech claimed that he worked on the device and that the scratches were present before replacing the screen. I disagreed with him, so he went to get the same manager who had inspected the device when I dropped it off. The manager did nothing and essentially tried to dismiss me. I kept asking if there was anything they could do, but all he said was, "I'm sorry. Going forward, we will inspect devices more thoroughly." After this horrible ordeal, on the way home, I noticed that the back panel of my phone was peeling off. I called the store to report everything that had happened, including the fact that the back panel was now coming off. Instead of immediately addressing the issue, they told me to come back in a few days to speak with their General Manager, Bryton. I wasn't comfortable waiting and using a phone with a lifting back panel, so I got a replacement from my insurance within a day, but I had to pay the deductible for damage I didn't cause. I went back to the store on the specified date to speak with General Manager Bryton, who told me he would contact a Samsung representative to reimburse me for the deductible. This was on August 20, 2024, and it is now September 12, 2024. I haven't heard anything back. I strongly recommend going elsewhere. read more

Yo, these people straight up suck! It was about a 4-week adventure to (attempt to) get my PS5 fixed, it was having issues connecting to any wifi source with enough speed to do anything. I brought it in and was waiting while a large man was helping a less than polite customer with his broken phone screen. The large man said to the customer "It'll be longer than normal because I'm the only one here and we have some stuff left over from yesterday". As soon as the customer left, the large man started talking mad crap about that customer to me saying that that customer was a jerk and an "idiot" for buying a phone with a folding screen. I personally do not have a phone with a folding screen..... but it would have been very awkward if that's what I was there to get fixed. I told the large man about my connection issues. He told me that it probably just needed to be cleaned. He cracked it open right in front of me and looked at it and said that it was actually really clean then told me what he thought the problem was and that they would get it diagnosed and let me know. Bro, it was over a week later and I called them and they said they hadn't looked at it yet. The person on the phone said that they only have one person who works on consoles and they are only there two times a week. Which is silly. After another week I went to check the status and ask for my money back if they hadn't looked at it yet. A shorter man was talking to the customers at the counter and said the same exact thing!!! "It'll be longer than normal because I'm the only one here and we have some stuff left over from yesterday".... I asked for my console back as I was told that they had not looked at it yet. The shorter man pretended to be accommodating but was rather passive-aggressive saying "sure, so you just don't like waiting huh?"... I caved and let them keep it. At least a week later I was told that my PlayStation was ready. I went in and there was a woman there giving the same rehearsed excuse for the wait time to another customer. She gave me my PlayStation and said that all it needed was a cleaning..... "suspicious" I thought to myself. Surprise surprise it was not fixed and they clearly did not even test it before giving it back to me. The next day I told the woman that it was still not working and that I would like a refund. She took the console into the back and then the large man came back out with my console plugged into a laptop where he showed me that it was in fact "fixed" because the network test function showed a 35 mbps download speed (which is about what it was when I brought it in in the first place) and claimed that it was working now and that I would not be getting a refund. We both knew that a 35 mbps download speed is not enough connection for ANYTHING that requires the internet to function on my PlayStation. I was not going to confront the large man who was lying to me. So I just left feeling extremely taken advantage of and defeated. After $85 (I think) and about a month of wasted time, I just went straight to Target and bought a new console. read more

Daughter took cell phone in bc phone wouldn't charge with cable but it would charge wireless mode. When it was returned to her phone would get hot while charging and using it. Didn't hold charge at all. Couldn't charge wireless either. It was returned in worse shape and we still were billed for work. read more

Came because my son used my old iPhone until it didn't work anymore. Small store. Was confused at first because the place where the front door goes was locked and darkened but had a sign to go around to the back, which is the front. Brought it in and ordered a $30 diagnostic with the understanding that once they say what the problem is, the $30 will go toward the fix if I so choose. They called me the next day, as they said they would. Explained it was my battery. Gave me a few options. I choose to just do the battery replacement which was about $60, so after I authorized them to complete the work, I just pay the difference. Took them about 40 minutes. I got a text that it was ready and went in, paid and am ecstatic to have it ready once my son comes home from his dads house. Happy customer. Ty. read more

It was a bit too much, but they said if I went in early and not before they closed they could fix it in a hour. Still looking, but just wanted to see. He was not masked. Tried to pick up my equipment earlier today around 12:20 and the gentleman working the counter had no common customer service skills. While I was waiting he was in the middle of finishing up with one customer, while I was next. Another lady came after me to ask about scheduling availability. Once he finished processing what he needed for the customer before me, I walked up and informed him I needed to pick up my equipment. Instead of just helping me out, he said "do you mind if I help the lady behind you for a scheduling date?" Wtf? I'm on my lunch break and already waited 10 mins to be helped and I was literally NEXT to be helped. I just left since I had no more time to deal with it. I have a Motorola One Fusion+ that I put to my ear straight out of the shower (yes, I know that was dumb) A different shop couldn't fix my phone, told me it was unfixable...and then ignored me for 10 days after promising to get back to me with a data recovery estimate. So I took my phone to uBreakiFix because their webside advertised Motorola support. I was going away for a long weekend so the fact that it took a week to fix my phone didn't bother me, especially since they DID fix the phone. And for less than I was afraid it would be. The only problem was I coudn't charge it or access it through its USB-C port. So back it went. I already have word it's ready to go. read more

I took in two pairs of Sony earbuds to be fixed. Paid $65.Three weeks later was told that they were fixed. When I went in to pick them up I tested them and they weren't fixed. I showed the employee that supposedly had fixed them that they weren't fixed. He kept telling me they were. After testing them multiple times he said that they aren't fixed.
