After many unsuccessful "repairs" and services by the other guys I began learning to take care of my own instruments. But when I purchased a used Gibson that needed help beyond my abilities, I began the search for a luthier once again. Thankfully, Danny had crossed my path just a few weeks earlier. After reading his impressive resume via his website and having conversation with him, I decided to take my new guitar to him. He truly is a luthier. His attention to detail and his willingness to communicate about his services are second to none. After a few days with my guitar he had it playing and sounding like it should have been straight from the factory. I am someone who is always willing to pay for quality, service, and convenience. I'm not sure if they actually repaired the original chain or gave me a different one. I came back to show them how different it was and was verbally attacked by the male owner of the store. He was incredibly rude, even after I said I was willing to pay what I originally paid over again (which also simply isn't fair). He continued to attack me, accusing me that I switched out the chain and that Hugo Kohl would never do that. Do not take your jewelry here if you want good jewelry repair or you want to be treated like a normal human being! It's not worth it

The first set of rings I bought I decided I didn't like after all and they were happy to let me trade them in for a whole different set. Recently I had them remove and re-attach all the charms on my bracelet which turned out great. For Christmas I received a new charm, when I went to have it attached, they did it within a few hours so when I returned it was completed. I also left my rings to be cleaned, I had other rings I hadn't purchased from Christopher Williams, but where I had them cleaned did a terrible job. Zafiro did a fine job repairing my jewelry. They were a bit negative and told me the rest of it…read morewould fall apart - it hasn't (knock on wood) and I wear the piece daily. The three stars is for their policy of putting repair items up for sale if customers don't pick them up on within three weeks. It's in the fine print (which admittedly I did not read) and they called me to remind and warn me which I greatly appreciate, but I have not heard of such a policy. Perhaps it's customary here? I'm busy and forgetful so policies like that don't work for me. I found another place in town that I like and is much more relaxed about picking up pieces.

Never been so rudely treated in my life! Called to make a service appointment for clothes dryer…read more Its a Whirlpool and they are Whirlpool dealers and service providers. They took the model number and the error messages the machine was displaying and said they would call back. I called back an hour later and they refused to work on the machine. They didn't want to! Said I acted like I was their only customer when I called back. Again, they advertise that they are a Whirlpool service provider. Said to call someone else. I will never deal with them again and I advise others not to bother.
