Given that this location has been known to make frequent mistakes, we honestly assumed the cherry may have been left out. The conversation became unexpectedly tense. She was behaving absolutely ridiculous and nasty. When I asked about a refund instead, I was told that refunds were not given. I also requested the owner's contact information and she told me she wouldn't give it to me. This review isn't about cherry, it's about the customer service experience. Small issues happen at any business. What matters is how they are handled. A more solution-oriented and courteous response would have made this a simple fix rather than a negative experience.
