The service was friendly and welcoming, however, they didn't know how to explain "Bonus Sauce", one guy did not sweep the floors properly, and we waited about 20 minutes for our takeout. On to the food... First off, my medium thickness patty could have been juicier. It was a bit dry, but the rest of the ingredients were noticeably fresh. Second, not a huge fan of their cheese. It doesn't melt properly. AI says it is "a combination of American cheese and cheddar." Yuck, yuck, yuck. No wonder I did not like it - I have a disdain for American cheese. Alas, the crinkle fries were actually really good. Supposedly made fresh too. If you like the sauce at Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, you'll like the Bonus Sauce. The cup that the young lady at the register gave us to sample was used to dip our fries in - very yummy. That's steep for takeout from a fast food restaurant for 3 people. Lastly, the music did not match the vibes inside, but it was nice and cool on a hot day. She was behaving absolutely ridiculous and nasty. When I asked about a refund instead, I was told that refunds were not given. I also requested the owner's contact information and she told me she wouldn't give it to me. This review isn't about cherry, it's about the customer service experience.
