We've been here a couple of times, ordering new items, and loving everything. Things we would order again: spicy bloody mary, lemon ricotta pancake, chilaquiles, grilled chicken ciabatta. The owner is passionate and creates almost everything from scratch. They are mostly Mexican style dishes but add flares of different cultures in their weekly specials. Small restaurant but makes for an intimate feel. They are usually busy but we've always been able to get seat.

The…read morecrispy smoked gouda empanadas had a gooey, cheesy center and were suited for a quick appetizer. The tacos were flavorful with fresh cilantro and onion, and the grilled cheese sandwiches came stacked with fun fillings like jam, grainy mustard, shrimp and multiple cheeses. They were a standout -- the ingredients blended nicely, full of flavor, and each bite had a good balance instead of feeling heavy. Portions were generous and presentation was appealing. That said, the meat and specifically the cheese grits leaned on the salty side, which took away from the overall taste. The ricotta pancakes were the highlight, absolutely delicious -- savory, light, fluffy, and adding blueberries gave them a pop of sweetness and flavor. We also grabbed desserts to go, and they were just as tempting as everything else on the menu. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive, which made the meal even more enjoyable. Drinks stayed topped off and she was quick with recommendations. The atmosphere is casual and colorful with high-top tables, a lively bar area, and a bit of a hangout vibe. It feels like a good spot for a casual meal with friends or to grab drinks and tacos.

I stopped by during their pop up at Farmhouse Brewery and, once again, they did not disappoint. One thing you need to know: their burritos are massive. We're talking "the size of your head" big, so come hungry or be ready for some epic leftovers. The menu is small and focused (usually around four burrito choices), but every single one is packed with quality ingredients and flavor. The Coop spends most days serving on base, but keep an eye out for their local pop-ups. They're always worth chasing down. This time around, I ordered the Pepper Jack Chicken Burrito which was grilled chicken breast, maple bacon, melty pepper jack cheese, and their signature Coop Sauce, all bundled up in a warm tortilla. Every bite was the perfect balance of hearty, savory, spicy, and just a hint sweet from the bacon. Their Coop sauce is one of a kind. Tangy, and delicious. I'm sure adding an egg would take it to the next level (that's an option on all burritos). My friends had the Breakfast Burrito! This one comes with fluffy scrambled eggs, sharp cheddar cheese, juicy sausage, more of that craveable maple bacon, herby potatoes, and (of course) the signature Coop Sauce. They raved about every bite. I appreciate that The Coop keeps things simple with their streamlined menu and focus on top-notch burritos. Whenever I see them around town, I make it a point to stop ... even if there's a line, it moves fast and is absolutely worth the wait. Whether you're looking for a new lunch favorite or just crave seriously great street food, The Coop is a true gem on the Virginia Beach food truck scene. Can't wait to catch them at their next pop-up!

We had a family with two toddlers in a stroller placed right beside my family. They were never taken out of the stroller, just coughing and touching our table the entire time. And saying Hi the entire time. I was not there to entertain these two children. I was surprised the host/hostess didn't notice or ask the family to put the children at the table. The server had to maneuver to get around them. As far as our meal, the rib eye was great! Beautiful cut of beef, yet the butter was way too much and over powered the taste. Way too greasy. This does have the potential to be an amazing restaurant but the other factors really do come in to play when dining. And adding 20% tip to a 4 top was a bit much. The server would have received a larger tip if it wasn't added. Without telling me. I would like to try it again and hopefully not have the negative factors ruin the experience.

This was our first visit, but it certainly won't be our last. We were fortunate to grab two seats at the bar--our favorite place to dine--and from the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We started with the Oysters Rockefeller, which arrived piping hot. The oysters were large, flavorful, and perfectly prepared--a wonderful way to begin the evening. Our Caesar salads followed shortly thereafter. Crisp romaine, fresh ingredients, and a well-balanced dressing made for another excellent course. For our entrées, we both chose the steak and lobster tail. My wife paired hers with the grilled asparagus, while I opted for the loaded mashed potatoes. Every component of the meal was cooked exactly as ordered, seasoned beautifully, and absolutely delicious. To top off the evening, the staff surprised my wife with a complimentary slice of cake garnished with fresh strawberries and mixed berries to help celebrate her birthday. It was a thoughtful gesture that made an already memorable evening feel even more special. Prime 757 delivered exceptional food, outstanding service, and a warm atmosphere that made my wife's birthday celebration one we'll remember for a long time. We left impressed and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended.

Saw they were coming back and cancelled our leftover plans to head to Pine and Porch, they were set up and taking orders when we arrived at around 6 and service was super kind. We ordered the Bulgogi Fries, Steamed Shitake Dumplings, a Spam Musubi, and the Maui Wowie Cheeseburger. WE ARE IN LOVE. It was my first spam musubi, a simple but incredible flavor bomb and should have gotten 100 of them, is that legal? The marinated and sauced up ribeye on the bulgogi fries was so friggin flavorful and the fries were oh so crispy. I don't want to talk about the burger, because if I do I might get emotional, GET THE BURGER smashed, burnt ends and still juicy topped with the bacon jam, the cheese, the fried onions no sauce needed it's perfect as is. I'm sorry I didn't take a photo of the burg, I was hungry, you'll have to trust it was very pretty to look at. The dumplings were the perfect side to contrast our fried heaven and the chili crisp was flavorful and electric. Anyways, can't wait to come back for bowls so we can hit up the rest of the menu.

I never heard of them before so I was interested to see what they had to offer. They are Asian-Pacific cuisine. They had burgers that were Asian inspired, pork belly bun, wings, bowls and etc. I ordered pork belly buns, bulgogi chicken bowl and fries. Pork Belly - the buns were soft and pillowy. The belly was seasoned so good, tender and yummy! The best I've had!! Bulgogi Chicken bowl- chicken was well marinated that reminds me of like a Japanese BBQ soy sauce based. It had a nice cooked char to it. Chicken thighs were used making it tender. This was so YUM! Fries- were the crinkly ones salted nicely lol Customer Service- was the best!! Very friendly and kept you informed how much longer your food will be. They give you a buzzer so you don't have to wait around the truck. The owners were awesome. They post on their website of where they will be so if you see them, please stop by and check them out. It's worth it!

The melt-in-your mouth beef is slow-cooked in succulent red sauce and richly flavored broth. The tortillas taste great in their own right, nicely grilled with some cheese in there somehow. The tacos were served with plenty of amazing consommé for dipping or just pouring over each slurpy bite! Yum! I see they also have shrimp or chicken birria, and birria everything: tortas, quesadillas, burritos, even 12-inch birria pizzas, birria dogs, and birria-smothered fries! I splashed the consommé too much, and that dipping sauce may never come out of my shirt :-), but it also makes a wonderful cologne! They have soft drinks including tamarindo and horchata. They have traditionally-seasoned elote corn (in a cup). And churros if you somehow have room for dessert. The price for the beef tacos is around $18 for my lunch, reasonable for a huge amount of scrumptious food. And Wow! These are some of the best beef birria tacos ever!

I ordered the tacos birria (cheesey tacos birria). One main issue is no prices listed. So it was sticker shock when you order. I feel the food is very high priced for what you get. $19.00 for Tacos birria with rice is high. I could go out and get them at a restaurant and get free chips and salsa for less money and water. The tacos weren't bad the dipping sauce for the birria didn't really have any flavor. The rice was okay very bland in flavor as well. The rice wasn't hot it was lukewarm. The wait time was a little long I waited 20 minutes for my food. There were 5 orders before me. I'm on the fence as to whether I would go back. It depends if they start listing their prices and if they offer a Taco Tuesday Special. I typically go get tacos on Tuesday and find them for $3 or less.
