I have run the engine for just over 500 miles and the engine has performed perfectly. I would have given Beckwith's 5 stars if they had been more proactive in their communicating how far along the work had progressed. Once I agreed to have them do the work they did not keep me up to date. I had to call them to determine their progress on the work.

First complaint it took Crash Champions 30 days to complete the repairs, sighting twice that parts ordered from a VW dealership were either the wrong part or the part the dealership sent was damaged. (My take is, they tried to use cheaper aftermarket parts and they did properly fit). I picked up my vehicle on 7/23/26 drove home no problem. Next day (7/24) it sat in the driveway all day. On 7/25/26 got in my vehicle started the engine and got a low coolant message on the dashboard with the temperature gauge rising fast indicating my engine was beginning to run hot. Checked the coolant tank, it was so far below the line it was basically EMPTY. How did the technician forget to refill the tank? Who did the final inspection to say my vehicle was ready to be released? This simple mistake had the potential to cause damage to my engine; Not to mention the frustration of my vehicle running HOT and then being stranded on the road. This is Totally Unacceptable! I will never take my vehicle to Crash Champions Collision Repair in Humble TX, even if they were the last auto repair shop on earth. Matter of fact based on the service I received from the Humble location I would not take my vehicle to ANY Crash Champions Collision Repair shop on the chance they all lack proper attention to the vehicles in their care.

I did not have a car at the time so they even went out of their way to pick me up and bring me to the lot. I did not drive out feeling like I left a little bit of my soul behind like you do at most dealerships. I have been in that circus many times, looking for a car, dealing with the sales person (and their private meetings to get "approval" on a special deal with their supervisor) and spending hours in the dealership to the point where you leave and you are so mentally exhausted your are not even sure what you just did. Joe and Willy were so professional and kind and where not out to sell a car as much as they were trying to retain a repeat customer. This was literally the most pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing a car. They have a customer for life they were so upfront and fair with me I will never buy a car anywhere else.
