I have tried being patient with resolving the issue directly with the repair shop but they are not willing to fix their mistake. They have put mine and my family's lives at risk due to a faulty brake repair done. I have dealt with them in the past on minor repairs and thought they could be trusted. Last month me and my family took a 9 1/2 hour trip back home (Kansas) for a family emergency and shortly after making it into town, my brakes had locked up while I was driving. My entire car began to aggressively shake so I had to get it towed. I was informed that my car had missing and loose brake bolts. The mechanic had emphasized to me that this can only happen if the brakes were not secured properly. Not only were my calls being avoided when providing the reason for my call, the manager told me (after my 3rd attempt to try and reach him) that I was being dramatic with my concern and that he would not offer me a full refund. Integrity Auto still has not accepted accountability and it's been roughly a month. read more

Took the car for AC repair and was giving a diagnostic of expansion valve repair for $471 which I agreed on doing. Then was called 2 hours later and told me my compressor was bad, which changed the total to $1650. Very expensive for Horrible diagnostic which Ofcourse I did not leave it there because they where going to keep adding to the bill. I ended up payomg $162 for not even fixing anything. Which was a horrible diagnostic. We customers want to be giving the problem a price and fix it, not multiple issues that keep coming up. Imagine it being a motor or transmission how much that would be. I DO NOT recomend they lost a customer, I used to go in for inspections. read more

A good friend Lynette suggested Integrity she uses them ONLY for the past few years, she said "they are very honest have used them for years, they do a thorough job, and are quick without cutting corners, have never cheated or done unnecessary things, and are nice good guys all around." I felt how could I NOT try with such an excellent recommendation? I did take my car in, they were quick, did everything I asked, were very reasonable, and were great all around! I can absolutely recommend them with confidence. They will be my mechanics as long as I live in Humble/Houston area. I called them at 6:10, I felt they would still answer eventhough they close at 6, THEY DID! Shawn said, bring it in Ill take a quick look and possibly I can do the work for your husband with a kit, save him a few hundred off a dealer estimate, no charge for me to do that. WOW!! If only it were possibly to leave zero stars for a review. First of all I took my car here for a simple state inspection. I had to call multiple times to check on the status of my car over an entire weekend. Unbeknownst to the workers my home is nearby so when I called I asked when they would be able to work on my car which they lied twice saying my car was being assessed for a quote and when I called back again they said my car was barely being looked at by a mechanic, both times my car was exactly where I had parked it. Only when I came to pick it up we're they able to throw a list together of things that needed to be completely replaced totaling around $2,000. The next two days my car sat in the garage & when I went to turn it on my battery was completely drained. I just paid AAA for a new one. Oh and this place has AAA on their cards but if you ask they will tell you AAA hasn't claimed them or done business with them in over a year. read more

Came in for an inspection. Had one car ahead of me, so I was told it would be around 20 minutes before my car was looked at. Was fine with me. I sat down and just kind of looked around. There's plenty of seating, a men and women's bathroom and a little coffee station. I wanted coffee but it was towards the end of the pot, and wasn't sure how old it would taste. Pass. Lol. Before I knew it, my car was ready and passed. When paying, I glanced at the board behind the register which stated a few maintenance prices. 25 for windshield wipers? That's a bit excessive for me, but I guess everyone needs to make money somehow. My only complaint is how the owner? Whips the cars in and out of the parking. My car is older and is not a race car. So please don't treat it like one. read more

I brought my car here because of the good reviews. They seemed trustworthy. Everyone was very friendly. They fixed my car. I paid alot of money. I figured, better quality work costs more...And a few days later, I have to take it back. Now they want another $900 to replace a fuel pump. I went some place else for 2nd opinion and fuel pump is fine! It's the original part that was "fixed" the first time around!!! If you dont know much about cars, DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Took my Car for an alignment and was told my upper control arm was broken and it would cost me $850 to fix. I decided to get a second opinion and the upper control arm was fine and they were able to do my alignment. This place does not live up to there name, they probably tell there customers that there Flux Capacitor is broken and try to charge them an insane amount of money. I'm very happy to have found Integrity Automotive. I asked around locally, and searched internet reviews. All of the person-to-person inquiries gave high regard to Integrity. I read only a small few negative reviews on the internet, and you have to take it for what it is with somebody likely having unreasonable or unobtainable expectations and didn't have things go their way as a result. I have always been pleasantly surprised at the results from repairs on two different vehicles, where both the cost and time it took exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them, with extra points for courtesy and professionalism. They were able to get to a fast and accurate diagnosis, and contact me right away with the results, and a variety of options to choose from. I have seen some other businesses engage in gouging when the customer has no idea if it is true or false due to lack of experience or knowledge. I have both experience and knowledge in automotive mechanical repair but am lacking in time and motivation to do repairs myself of late, so I consider myself a good judge of a fair deal in paying for a shop to perform repairs for me. I have full confidence in Integrity Automotive to take care of my auto repairs without worry. Very good experience over all ! read more

These guys are awesome and I would highly recommend them. Our car has over 100k miles and another shop close by (rhymes with Nineke) told us shocks and struts for front and back needed replaced and quoted us $2200. All that needed was air in a tire and the tires needed to be rotated. They charged us $20, and they fixed our damaged under carriage for $10 (we had hit a piece of wood in the road). Get a second opinion! It can save you thousands! read more

I am the third owner of my 2005 Acura MDX which has 170,000+ miles on it and drove it all the way to Houston from Colorado to spend my summer vacation with my parents who just moved here. Not knowing anything about the area, or my car for that matter, Integrity was able to completely repair my transmission. With my car being quite old they struggled to find the parts necessary to fix it, but Integrity was able to do so and I am so thankful! I stopped by for my yearly inspection. I was told that one of my headlights was out. I asked how much it would be, and I was told it would be $100! They'd have to remove the damaged bumper in order to get to it. I knew this was bs immediately. I told them I'd get it taken care of elsewhere. I took it to my usual mechanic, and they showed me exactly how easy it is to get to the bulb. They replaced it for me for $5. I don't know which is worse, that professionals couldn't switch out a bulb on my car or the fact that they were trying to rip me off. Please change your name. Tried to get my inspection sticker done about 15 minutes ago. The hours of operation said till 6 pm. I asked the guy who was doing one if he can fit me in, and he said, THIS is the last one! I tried, with no avail to get him to inspect mine as the last one, but he arrogantly told me, "Nope!" Geez, I could have done without the attitude. So much for service with integrity. I told the owner of this place that I will not be back and I meant it. I also told him that I would be sure to share my experience with as many people as possible. I took my wife's Expedition in to this place a while back because her SUV was acting like it wasn't getting any gas. I also needed to get an inspection and a taillight fixed. They called and told me that they weren't sure what was causing the lack of fuel problem, but suggested several options to "try"... frustrated at their apparent lack of knowledge I told them to forget it, and I would come pick up the car... when I arrived to pick up the car they told me it would be $240... when I asked why they were charging me they told me that they had already put in a set of fuel injectors to see if that was the problem, and they had to charge me for them because they couldn't take them out without damaging them. When I expressed my outrage at them performing any chargeable work without my consent, the owner offered to not charge me for the $3 taillight... I ended up taking my wife's car to another mechanic (one that knew what he was doing). He drove her car around the block came back said it was definitely the fuel pump... he replaced it and everything was great. Granted this whole incident was over a year ago, and these guys may have gone to school and learned out to troubleshoot car problems since then, but they will never get my business again. read more

I went to Integrity for my inspection and they were absolutely amazing. They had to keep my car overnight to repair an emission problem, so they offered to drive me home. They told me I could expect my car to be ready around 2:30 pm the next day, but my phone rang at 9:00 am letting me know they were done! I was having problems with the AC in my vehicle. I brought it to integrity anticipating that a significant repair would be needed. They found something stuck in the blower motor and noticed that my temperature sensor was dirty. They removed the blockage and cleaned the sensor at no cost to me and my AC was back to normal. They could have easily claimed that I needed a costly repair and I would have probably believed them. Instead, they were honest and extremely helpful. read more
