We had a positive experience with Gary's transport service. I called him a few days in advance to…read moreschedule a ride. He checked his schedule and let us know he could make the pick up. I had made a few calls looking for a car service and the fees are quite high. I have been left in awkward situations by car share app service in the past and wanted to be sure we had a ride this trip. Gary's fee was more reasonable than the other companies I contacted and he seemed conscientious on the phone. Morning of our pick up Gary sent a text about 15 minutes before hand to let us know he was on his way. He pulled up and sent another text. He has a comfortable, clean vehicle with a good amount of space for bags. He's friendly and polite and we had a nice, easy going conversation during our 30 minute ride. We paid via Venmo, he helped with the bags and had a friendly good-bye, Gary wishing us good travels. We would definitely use Gary's car service again. Good communication throughout and you are talking directly to the owner-operator, he arrived on time, is a safe driver and provided excellent service.

I had to argue with him in front of my son and tell him it's the new way of doing business and not everyone carry cash , my12 year old tried handing me his little cash out his wallet after he saw what was happening .. never again ..do yourselves a favor a catch a Lyft or an uber ..i knew it would cost more but not 60% more .. ridiculous..

I have become very familiar with them and use them often. I have these things to say about them, and each is equally important to me: 100% of the time, they are always on time. 100% of the time, the drivers have been very friendly, kind, polite and professional. At times the drivers have even helped me carry some packages I had. 100% of the time, their vehicles are very clean, and I have never smelled cigarette smoke, something I have experienced with other taxi services. Beginning and ending a vacation can be stressful. But it doesn't have to be. Rachel's team is a well oiled machine. They pick you up and drop you off in your driveway. You get communications before you arrive at Logan, where they will pick you up, a picture of the vehicle and driver name. You can't imagine how wonderful it is to get off a plane, grab your luggage and just step outside the terminal to find a member of Rachel's team waiting for you. If you are thinking of doing it yourself here is a reason why you should not. We ran into a family on our vacation that drove to Logan and find the parking garages full. They had to valet their car without knowing where it was going. When they arrive at Logan after their flight, they have to go to the parking garage and find a valet. And then wait for the valet to go and get their car and bring it to them. Is that how you want your vacation to begin or end? You can trust Rachel and her team to take all that worry and stress away.
